What are some ways that i could capture down to 110 by the termination of summer?

im 5'3 & 3/4 and weigh 135 pounds.
my goal weight for me is 110.
but how long do you think that will lift me to get down to 110?
and how often do i have to exercise?
i know i will enjoy to just how often. everyday? or every couple of days?

I think you should take a walk briskly every morning and do some cardio 3 times a week mixed with light weight training.

to answer your sound out only i would say 3-4 times a week depending what you are doing for exercise.

You could easily do this as long as you work at it. You can't purely exercise. You will need to change your eating conduct. You should get at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday. It can be as simple as cleaning your room.

It doesn't sound like you really necessitate to loose weight at all... but if your goal is to slim down, I'd suggest intake healthy. Replacing all sodas and fruit drinks with dampen. Make sure you're taking your vitamins, eat breakfast... that's very important contained by getting your metabolism going for the day. Exercise 2-3 times a week, you don't want to over do it, or do it too quickly...
