What are some ways that a 14 year elderly can lose cargo?
I have a friend that is 14 and is 5'8 and she weighs 160 pounds.
but she eat really healthy and she doesnt over eat what should she do to lose weight??
Answers: You give an account your friend that 160 for that height is not too bad at all. Tell that entity not to worry about their weight unless it keep climbing.They just need to keep thoroughly active or they will feel too tired to be active. You must abet that person to get going.

get her to jog at least 20 minutes a time
10 pushes a week and add 5 every week
100 crunches a day and add 100 every week

Work out ?Use a treadmill..if he/she doesn't own one then get a membership at a local gym, or even run surrounded by their neighborhood.
less watching television/using computer and get out and do more.
