How can you lose weight fast?


Answers: I have used Ephedra for years and have been looking for something that had the same results but without the Ephedra. I have tried Zylene and it feels very similar, and definitely curves your appetite, so far so good.
Lypo-suction, if you have the money.

Excersise and eat less if you don't (either way, this is the healthiest one).
My dad went on weight watchers and he stuck to the point system he lost alot alot alot alot of weight and i was very proud of him. Try a plan or if you cant afford it try cutting down like cutting your normal meals in half and instead of eating 3 big meals it 6 little ones. NO EATING AFTER 9 thats a good rule and you'll see that it helps.

Stop eating full meals. Only eat a few carrot or tomato slices a day. Drinks tons of water and coffee (with no real sugar or cream). Stay active. Walk a lot. Cut out all fat and sugars. Celery. Eat celery!! It's negative calories.
This method is very unhealthy, by the way...but it is really the only super fast way to lose weight. I went from a size 13 to a size 0 in a couple months. It is really unhealthy, though!!!
Any weight lost "fast" isn't weight worth losing because you'll never keep the weight off. Losing weight takes time, and if you aren't ready to commit to weight loss then you aren't ready to keep it off.

You should first determine how many calories you are supposed to eat a day to still maintain your weight, then you deduct 500 calories from that daily amount. If you eat that amount of calories you WILL lose weight, 1 pound a week should be your goal. Throw in some exercise & you'll be good to go.

Are there starch, sugear, protein, lipids in the following foods?

Answers: The easy answer is yes, each of those contain at least some of what you listed, the key is how much, and that unfortunately depends on what kind and how its prepared. For example: white bread vs. wheat each will have different nutritional data. Check out this site;

Phentermine ? How fast have you gotten results?

Please no lecturing on taking these vs. not taking them. I am only asking a ? about them. I'm just curious about how quick people have seen results. Like can you notice the first day theat your eating habits have changed or will it take a while? and how much weight have you lost in what amount of time...did you notice any weight change by then end of the first week? Answers: Phentermine will begin immediately with our cravings and require lots of water. You wil se quick results for the first 3 months and then taper down. However the down side is that if you havn't changed your eating habits and excercise habits you will gain the weight back. It isn't a permanant fix. However if you are really serious about it it can be a great Jump Start for your new healthy lifestyle. good luck!
I am 21 years old and weighed in at the doctor at 232 ( just had my second baby and trying to lose my weight) I went to the doctor yesterday to get somemore pills and i lose 17 pounds in one month! I cant beleive it! I was so happy!

Yes, your tall. But so are a lot of people. Sure, you are tall for your age but you at a perfectly healthy height and weight. Soon your peers will catch up with you in height. It's all normal. You have nothing to worry about.

Is it true that when u eat orange at night, it stops sleep?

Running and crunches?

I have read that after running, you should always complete crunches straight after, can anyone tell me why this is recommended? Thanks
Answers: Oftentimes when people do ab exercises they rely on their hip flexor muscles after their ab muscles are exhausted. If you do abs after running you are less likely to use your hip flexors because they are exhausted.
ID I haven't heard that. Doing both is an important part of exercise routine if you want to tone your tummy. Crunches build muscle and the more muscle the more calories you burn which is done by running. You should fit both into your schedule

How much weight could I loose if...?

I ate extremely fewer calories, only drank water and did as much excericise as possible for the next 14 days, could i loose?

Answers: This is so unhealthy. (except for the only drinking water part) Just eat healthy foods and exercise a sensible amount every day. You can't lose weight fast in a healthy way and expect to keep it off.
first, very dangerous.
second, whatever weight you lose will be gained back and then some when you start to eat again.
most of the weight you will lose will be in the form of water weight and muscle loss, so then the weight you gain back because your body has been literally starved, will most likely be in the form of body fat for protection. you don't want that.
eat sensible, exercise and you could lose 5+ pounds in a few weeks.

I need to lose 20 pounds of baby weight. Just wondering if these pills really work.

Looking for a good Low Calorie, Low Carb, High Protein Source...?

Muscle Milk Light works well. In addition, if you go to GNC or another health store, get the Protein Whey powder. That is NOTHING but protein. Typically one scoop is 22 gms of protein and less than 200 calories.

Of course, if you're looking for food sources, chicken and turkey are your best bets.

Hi Tinks! The different poses and postures make their body healthy. Yoga for most is the best way to relax and unwind. If you want to keep your body in shape, this might be the best exercise for you.

How do I get past my plateau weight?

I'm 5'5 I started out 130 pounds..I'm down to119 pounds through diet/exercise....but now I'm not going anywhere.. I'm getting very frustrated..My goal weight is 110. How can I jump start my weight loss again?
Answers: 5'5" and 119 sounds pretty healthy to me...110 sounds a little skinny...you sure you want to keep losing...Keep toning and see what 119 can really look like would be my suggestion.
they are right, 110 would be a little low for your height, i am 65" as well and have not weighed that much since junior high, and i bet i was shorter too. if you are at a plateau you have achieved your ideal weight for your metabolism. i do not recommend losing anymore, if anything you will probably start to gain, because you will most likely gain muscle if you continue to workout at high resistance through cardio or by doing strength training.

Just back from the gym -how silly do the guys with short necks and a waddle look?

These guys are clearly doing it all wrong. Their necks have disappeared and their shoulders and backs are not in proportion with the rest of their bodies. As a result, their arms stick out as if they are scarecrows and they waddle!
Answers: But they think they look wonderful, their brains have disappeared with their necks
It's a result of setting a goal of lifting the most possible at the expense of technique. Good technique builds muscle properly, but if they compromise the technique they could probably get that lb figure up by 15% or so.

Think "top trumps" and you'll understand why they do it.
