Try Splenda. Supposed to be derived from the natural source of sugar. Made better calorie suited.
How fast do you see results from running on a daily basis? I am trying to lose 15 lbs before my birthday.?
Answers: I don't know when your birthay is, but you should see some results, from consistent exercise and monitoring your diet. How fast you lose the weight all depends on your metabolism, age, and body composition. I want to lose 20 lbs by my birthday which is a little over a month away. I've been following a work out routine for a month and cutting back on food portions, I've only lost about 5 pounds, but I'm gaining muscle definition and have lost some inches. And people notice. Pounds are not the only determining factor of results.

hi,im 60st and you might think that loving being fat is weird but i love it!i luv when you put your clothes on and you feel the layer of pudge down by your knees.
when you eat its so addictive and when you touch and pull your layers of flab and feel special.when you slouch on your couch and stuff yourself....its heaven!
and you love being so unfit.

Answers: You are not fat at all!! I have read before that a 5'4 person with a small frame should weigh between 114-127, medium frame between 124-138, and a large frame between 134-151. Hope this helps!!
I feel like this sometimes too. :( A friend of mine mentioned doing a cleasnes or detox. I will be starting a 9 day cleanse this weekend, you drink shakes and things like that. I am excited to see what happens. :) My firend said this should better my over all weight and health. Take Care. ;)

Seriously. If you saw this question asked by someone else, what would you say to them?
I think you just have low self-esteem, honestly. Or you want to make other people jealous. I am the same height, almost the same age, and weigh prolly about twenty pounds more, and people tell me I look fine (not great, like you probably do, but fine enough for knowing that I'm really unhealthy about my diet and exercise).
You should take up a hobby you enjoy and are good at. And surround yourself with good friends you can have fun with.

Can drinking a lot of milk affect your health?

...that means you're only drinking 1-1/2 cups daily. No, that's not a lot, nor is it bad to drink. In fact, it's actually less than what most doctors recommend (normally 3-4 cups is best, especially for growing children/teenagers). Milk is of course a good source of Calcium and are typically fortified with vitamins A and D. If you don't have many sources of Calcium, that's a good idea to have that much and more.
However, many people are a bit sensitive to milk and may get constipated or congested from drinking milk. As long as you don't have problems with that amount of milk, it's perfectly safe
How long can an obese person go without food?
Before the body starts breaking down muscle and protein? I heard that during a fast the body will first take glucose then fat reserves than protein from your system... so I wanted to know how long it would go after my fat reserves. I can usually go a week without food and not feel hungry and I am 60 pounds overweight.Answers: See a doctor. If you are going a week without food and you have access to it you likely have an eating disorder.
Those glucose stores your body is using are the ones intended for your brain and red blood cells to operate. You are doing your body a disservice. Also, when you starve your body like that it goes into survival mode and STORES MORE FAT for future use. And about 20% of your water comes from the foods you eat. You will probably become dehydrated, which slows metabolism even more.
Start eating a balanced diet with 1300-1500 calories/day, exercise, and you should start seeing results.
As far as your answer goes, with vitamins and water maybe a month, but don't do it, because I don't know FOR SURE and it is unsafe.
this system will just make you fatter when you finally eat again... NOT SMART... your body will at first lose some weight... then as we all know you cant go forever without eating.... so then you eat.... then what happens is your body goes in to "hybernation/starvation" period and stores FAT on you even more, its preparing for you to starve it again....
try all protien instead of starving, you will drop weight fast
Actually, your body will start to break down muscle protein before it starts to break down fat reserves. Glycogen (where your body starts when it processes energy) is easier to make out of protein than fat. and when you're starving, time matters to your body.
Do yourself (and your body) a favor and see your doctor or a nutritionist about safe weight loss. They'll help set you straight about how your body works.

Isn't that the finest health care, really? Why has no politician simply told the truth about fitness being more important than healthcare?.
Answers: You can be the most fit person and still be struck with illness. I had a friend who was in great shape and was a pro in triathlons but was diagnosed with colon cancer. He died a month after he found out. You can't always control everything with exercise. Take a look around, trust me sickness doesn't just happen to people who don't exercise it also happens to healthy people.
I would guess because fitness isn't a money maker when it comes to legislature.

That depends on your age, height, sex etc. for whether or not 90 lbs would be healthy or not...
14 lbs in 2 months is reasonable as far as losing weight goes... generally 2 lbs in a week is about as much as you want to lose.
I don't know your height...I'm 5'4 108 lbs and I'm very petite. I wouldn't want to be any smaller than that in fact i like my body more when I'm more like 110. If you feel big at 104 lbs then you have a bad body image. There's no healthy reason to be that small or even to desire to be that small. Enter your weight into a body mass index, it always tells me I'm underweight . At 90lbs You'll be the only person who thinks it looks good. Go to your doctor and ask but I'm sure what they will tell you, also it sounds like you have an eating disorder.

I'd say eat healthy foods and work out..you don't need to weigh 90 lbs....that's kinda gross!! Height problems?
How can I grow taller faster? plz help me!!Answers: everyone grows at there own rate and no matter how much you eat or wot u eat really..your still going to be the same size until your body decides to grow..i myself am not tall only 5ft 2..so pretty small..and i most likely wont grow again..soo i guess just what your given is what u av to take really. How tall are your parents? if they r tall you r likely to grow soon and be tallish to..if they r small ..then it dnt mean to say you wont b taller than them. I'm not sure how old you are, but if your at at least 16 or older, your most likely not going to be able to change your height. if you wear a v neck shirt it makes your neck look longer then which you look taller. if you wear high heels of course it will make you taller. Also pointed high heels also make your legs look longer.
