How can I continue my workout with this early winter?
I was running alot this summer and feeling great. It has been raining and snowing here in the Pacific Northwest alot lately. I want to go for a little jog right now but it's pouring rain and 38 degrees outside. What can you recommend to stay healthy and fit while being in the house? I'm looking for a 300-400 calorie burn program that keeps my cardio up.. I live 80 miles from the nearest gym..lol..so that's not an option. Any ideas??I'm a 33 year old male if that helps and trying to stay in shape and fear losing what I have worked for to another wet winter here.Answers: Jump rope for the win, it will give you a great cardio workout and doesn't cost an arm and leg like a treadmill will. I didn't think it would be that hard until I tried it myself, boy was I wrong. Boxers use them all the time for a reason.
Try going out on a decent day and buying some exercise videos and equipment. Maybe a treadmill?!?!?!?!

25 each arm curling, 60 times.Lifting 100 on bench press, 60 times.

Answers: Split the large reps up...
For instance:
20 curls(set 1)
(rest 30 seconds)
15 curls
(rest)
12 curls
(rest)
10.... and so on.
You could also do the 8 rep recommendation: Use enough weight to exhaust your muscles on the 8th rep. Use perfect form. It matters. Make sure you have a spotter. Make sure you eat high protein and fiber foods, and not too many carbs. Drink a gallon of water daily. Take a multivitamin.

dont do curls their a waste of time. it depends on ur weight for thoose lifts btw.

power clean 3x3
pushpress 3x3
run 1 mile hard
do that every other day and u will see results eventualy. dont worry about wat other ppl are doing, dont skip days!!

just be sure not to put too much pressure on your knees/joints as it can stunt your growth..

There are many ways of getting healthy.
1) Start by education yourself on the issue.
2) Eat a well balanced diet and get enough sleep.
3) Train 3-5 times a week. Lifting weights, jogging and many other activeties will work just fine.

Knock off all drinks except water -
Unlimited Water a must
Unlimited Green Vegetables -- cucumbers,lettuce, green pepper, celery etc.
Unlimited boneless, skinless chicken breast and egg whites, or egg beaters -- tastes great w/ brocolli or green peppers.
afger 3 days of the above then add fruit:
One orange a day or one cup of cantalope a day -- try to space this out over the day.
So, unlimited greens, and protein, then add a little fruit (you meed the electrolytes and potassium) I would recommend you also use a little Morton's Lite salt which hnas potassium in with sodium, otherwise you could get cramping or worse.
Don't starve yourself. Do try to walk,run or bike 30 minutes <at least> per day.
Take a calcium supplement.
Basically, get off the fake foods that are in a box or bag -- they are chemicals <mostly>.

Gum chewing=weight loss?
this sounds so weird and its probably not true, but does chewing gum burn calories? equaling weight loss in your face from the chewing? i know it sounds dumb but it kinda makes sense...i guess....Answers: Yes chewing gum does burn calories, albeit a small amount. It won't necessarily make you lose weight in your face however, and you should make sure to use sugarfree gum.

chewing gum makes u hungry . when u chew ur stomache gets ready 2 digest but since its gum u dont eat it theres nothin 2 digest so ur stomache is empty so u get more hungry

How to get chest and abdominal?
i'm 16 135 lbs and i want to have chest and abdominal muscle but i don't knoow what to do.can somone tell me how many times a week do i have to work out and also what activities should i do to get these muscle. i know that i have to eat protein can anyone suggest waht kind of food i should eat.
i've been doing some push ups but it doesn't really help me. do i have to do by sets and reps cuz i dont understand.

Answers: You need to do weight lifting with heavy weight (build up to what you can handle) doing few repetitions like press your weight 135 lbs. laying on a flat bench, from your chest straight up and down, do it up to 10 times (remember work up to this, not 10 to start!) do the one set, as many as you can and thats it, it will tear and build muscle, if you do less weight and lots of reps you will just stay tonned and buffed but not really build, the idea is heavy weight lifted till exhausted then done. No reps. For you belly put a weight on your stomach and do crunches. Eat well lots of meat and carbs.
I would do weight lifting, and push ups.
You can eat chicken, fish , red meat.
Crunches. Do lots, Often.
Nuts and Milk have a lot of protein.
You need to bulk up as you work out, eat foods high in protein and minerals and vitamins, red beef is the best for bulking up....it is low in fat, high in protein, then on the chest do incline presses for upper chest, regular press for middle chest and decline press for lower chest..... for abs just work on crunches and variations of crunches, like crunching to the sides.... do your chest every 2-3 days, you have to give your muscles at least 1 day for recovery.

If your able, eat 4-5 smaller meals each day, this will help keep your metabolism up. Cardio of any type will help, running, swimming, biking, even walking. Light weightlifting (more reps less weight) will help you tone while not making you bulky. Its hard at first, but the longer you stick with it the easier it gets, and of course the more results you see.

You need to be an adult because they did not test it on children so no one knows what it will do to you. I imagine that if you are male (which I presume you are) that it may affect how you grow. You will probably not finish growing until you're about 21. All the guys I knew in high school who were muscle bound somehow stayed really short...I wonder why? The less bulky guys grew tall and built up naturally when they were older.

Answers: listen, you have no reason to worry about any of that, look around you, i am sure there are people who are not as fortunate to have what you have. dont even worry about it, if somebody finds you attractive, they will be attracted by your attitude and how you are for daily everyday things, not how you look. im not saying look like a complete slob, just be yourself! dont go thinking im some oldy who doesnt know what the beep im talking about either because by the sound of it we are only a few months apart in age. but ive done this stuff, dont worry about it, dont fret about it. just focus on what you find most important in life and who is the most important to you because you never know when it could be taken away. and your body size is just fine, normally men like a big butt and hips. and big thighs are very normal, because you are a woman, women are supposed to have big thighs! good for you on the waist and tummy and breasts. 5'3 is a nice height, you can wear heels and not be freakishly tall. 130 pounds is just right too, any smaller, it would be unheathly.

I have not been feeling hungry for a couple of days now, and I haven't eaten much. Is something wrong?
The day before yesterday, I had a turkey sandwhich around 12pm for lunch, and didn't eat anything for dinner. Yesterday I woke up and didn't feel hungry so I didn't eat a breakfast. Do:
