If you do not elevate cloying weights you will not increase the size of your muscles. You can raise lantern or moderate weights to assist tone your muscles, but not increase their size. It would be pious to pull 2 days per week. Just do not do solid weights. Weigh yourself once a week, track your diet, you will lose shipment.
