i did relatively resourcefully on my diet today and with the sole purpose have a bowl of tomato soup and a low round yogurt..
so im looking for a full-bodied yummy dinner that wont crinkle my diet!
(i approaching 'light' meals)

A lean meat (like tuna or salmon) and some salad. That sounds yummy. Or other veggies.
I could live on tuna salad.
Some nice crisp salad near grilled chickin and near some EVOO grease! and dampen
egg whites beside some green veggies and margarine free cheese...
