Im 15, male--every sit and sun i work out next to my dad--we do bench press and squats-things close to that.. but i involve to do something else because at hand not really helping me out that much. i am 15--weight around 223 and hold big *** thighs--and i lately wanna lose it--and where on earth i live its 101 degree everyday, and thats to hot or i would shift walking everyday...
