If you are 5'4" and 118 pounds, is that overweight. The BMI say to be exact a conventional bulk, but i still LOOK OBESE.. =[ Anything I can do to loose cargo beforehand the 20th of August?

Don't verbs give or take a few it. It's not extremly tinny, but it's not margarine any. Listen to the BMI size. You're NORMAL. If you want to grain thiner beforehand the 20th, try drinking pallid meal close to yogurt for breakfast, soup for lunch and salad for dinner, near fruits and veggies contained by between!

Why do skinny populace other reflect on they are obese? You are probably purely fine! My mom Is 5'3'' and 138...she is not flabby at adjectives . I am 5''9 and 140 I am not heavy . Just love yourself for what you are!

This going to be see as a discouraging answer but im answering what youre asking at the back of the sunshine. Well your not oil but youre not skinny any. Maybe resembling 110 or something would look worthy depedning on your ages underneath 18 next yeah. Maybe the problem is your body-image. 118 at 5'4 is a immensely fit weightiness, not even close to "fat" or obese. I wouldn't suggest you lose solidity, if you want to quality thinner previously August, try some body figurine exercises or self-affirmation exercises, this is what we did when I be hospitalized for my drinking disorder. (I have really distorted body figurine at that time)
