I am also drinking Slimfast for 6 months very soon and I did lost some solidity near exercise of at least possible 3 times a week unsurprisingly.
But its not adjectives suitable word! I've also experiencing mane loss and itchy scalp more than usual. And Im only just 25 feminine. I am not sure if its related to Slimfast or because of the counterweight loss or vitamins/nutrients negative amount :(
But I'm taking multivitamins everyday, calcium and vit E tablets.
