On incline bench, near 2 10lbs dumbbells:

1st: Facing forward bring dumbbells up from sides to parallel to ground palms inward, slow repeat for ten reps.
2nd: Facing bench bring dumbbells up from sides backwards as far as you can palms inward, slow repeat for ten reps.
3rd: Stand up beside dumbbells and do 10 lateral raise.
4th: Back surrounded by position 2, angle arms so they are forward, palms inward, arms bent within a semi carry hug position and parallel to ground. Bring to sides and final to center for 10 reps. I usually do 5 lbs here because this exercise is rock-hard.

Do this set three times beside out rest. The third set I exchange to adjectives 5 lb movements. All of this is slow gait, close to 1 second up and one second down.

I'm 5'2" and almost 128lbs. I be told that doing street lamp weights, and more reps would construct me toned and not bulky. So I be wondering how much solidity is considered "light"?? Also, I usually use device weights.

You hold it right. Less cargo and more reps will build strenght and if you do the exercises next to the full capacity of motion it will increase flexibility. Though I recommend stretching as all right,. Pick up a book by Bob Anderson call "Stretching". Do the exercises for your sport but sort sure you infer how to do them earlier you start.

Light weights would be 30 lbs or smaller quantity. Do a set of ten, afterwards rest and do another set of ten. Build up the count respectively time or every other time and you will catch sight of more toning after a month or so.Make sure you do sit ups as ably,
