i dont want to lose much. i purely enjoy a sort of flab belly and chest for a time bit i am 5'8 and weigh 153. i wanna cut to lose around 5-8 or 10 pounds. im slender but i own 13 percent body grease and im lifting weights so without a doubt i want that to moderate. but for in a minute i want to drop in the order of 5-8 pounds.. im planning on dieting for resembling a month for this to work but idk what to guzzle or do so i dont lose my muscle?
