This is horrible, I know, but it worked really economically: I get my suitability teeth out so I couldn't guzzle anything for a couple of weeks. Instead of ingestion, I'd hold 1-2 can of Monster spirit every hours of daylight and I lost seriously of cargo. I feel really dizzy sometimes, similar to I be going to wobbly, but after I drank a Monster, I feel so much better. Plus, I never get sick because I didn't guzzle anything, the Monster have vitamin B and Ginsing and a great deal of stuff that be devout for me, so it worked. Then, when I KNEW I have to drink something, I'd hold one or two bites of something similar to soup, consequently I'd be full. Problem solved!
