Does eating too many bananas make you constipated?
I've been eating 6 bananas a day for the past 2 months and I haven't had satisfying bowel movement in 2 and 1/2 weeks.Answers: Suddenly adding a lot of fiber to your diet (with fruits, veggies, and whole grains) can cause constipation. The suggestion is to add fiber slowly to give the digestive tract time to adjust.

Answers: well im 6ft3 and about 170 so id say your more then likely in your normal weight range for your height . go on google and type in BMI for a body mass index thingy and type in your height and weight and itl tell you
if you want to lose weight you want to start doing some cardio such as jogging , walking , playing football , basicly anything that gets your heart rate up
weight lifting , dosent have to be serious body building here even light weight trainin will tone your body and burn fat as muscle decreases calories
food wise people say eat 5-6 small healthy meals a day , i cant say ive managed that myself lol i normaly eat 2-3 most of them are healthy , my best advice on this would be to try and keep it healthy but dont stop eating your favourite foods just cut back on them so like 3 bars of chocolate a week sumthing like that
try to stop drinking cola and fizzy drinks and try to stick to water , green tea is also good
and for the acne there are face wipes and creams to help with that

with the acne just wash your face twice daily and don't put millions of lotions and potions on your face because doing that does not help it it just makes it worse

if you want to be leaner just cut out soft drinks, candy and greecy food like pizza, burger and fries, it will help your skin too, and if your a girl dont wear make up all the time it blocks your pores and wash with sutible soaps for your skin type and dont over mosterise and just do exercise to tone up, any is better than none

Ok pretty easy cut back on junk food anything greasy. It's not healthy and it could be what is giving you zits. Plan out 2 or 3 days a week you will go to the gym. Stay on the running machines and ask how to make it feel like your going up a hill. You don't even have to run you can walk you lose a lot of wieght.

Answers: Sweat has nothing to do with fat. It's your body's way of shedding excess heat via evaporation.
You are performing work and burning calories whether you sweat or not. Heart rate is a much better indicator of effort and calories burned because burning calories/food/fuel requires oxygen, and your cardiovascular system delivers oxygen to the muscles.
Higher heart rate = more oxygen = more calories burned
How fast are you "running"? If you're going any more than 6 mph you should get a good sweat going (10 minute mile). Especially if you're going for an hour. The only weight you wouldn't be losing is water weight, which you get right back anyway.
I need big muscles!?
I'm a pretty skinny guy. I'm only 16, and weigh around 115-120. I'm trying to get bigger muscles in my upper arms/forearms and my abs, or at least put some healthy weight on so I'm not such a small guy. At least four times a day, I will do 30+ pull ups, 20+ push ups, and lift 16 lb. freewieghts in each hand 50 times all in a row. Then I'll do about 50 sit ups. Since doing this for about a week, there has been no visible change. Anyone know what I can do to get some sort of positive visible change within the next 2 weeks? I'm not sure if any weight gainers or muscle supplements would be healthy for me, and I'm open to trying new excercise routines and eating habits. (Oh this might be important too, because I think I have a really high metabolism becaseu i can eat and eat all sorts of food and I dont put on any weight.) Try eating a lot of fish,chicken and lean meat that's protein that if you combine it with exercise it'll turn into pretty muscles,but be careful if you don.t exercise you'll only end up with a gut.
Sounds like your doing a good workout for tone. You need a good muscle work out though. To get true build to your muscles. Do heavier, a lot heavier weights with fewer reps. Try different exercises as well. Pull ups, and push ups with added weight such as a weighted back pack, or holding onto a weight when doing sit ups.
As far as weight gainers, you could if you wanted to, but if you eat a lot more protein you should be ok. Don't forget to balance out your meals though. Do not eat nothing but protein such as Atkins, but do eat a lot of protein. Fat free chicken and lean meats.
Protein bars such as Cliffs Mojo would be good for snacks between meals.
If you don't have any weights then try this.
25 pushups
50 sit ups
10 close hand push ups (thumbs almost touching)
25 crunches
15 latter push ups (count 1. 1,2. 1,2,3. 1,2,3,4. 1,2,3,4,5.etc. all the to 15.)
25 Flutter kicks (raise legs 6 inches above ground and swim kick, 1 full movement is both legs moved).
Try that 3 times over every other day. Make sure to take at leaste 2 days rest. Every week add 3 mor reps ex. week 2 do 28 push ups instead of 25.
If you have weights then do 12 reps 5 to 15 times over.

Building a substantial amount of muscle takes much longer than a couple weeks. But if you keep doing those excercises I'm sure you'll see more bulk over time. My suggestion would be to do more reps of each excercise.

Don't do all those aerobics! It's bad for your muscles and will result in broken arms and weaker.
Just punch punching bags or something sturdy (preferably something rubbery or soft so it doesn't hurt your knuckles) you can punch with.
for your abs, just do sit ups 10 every half and hour or when you are ready to do another set of 10 sit ups.

Well here's what I did. When I was about your age I started taking weights seriously and took a weight lifting class in HS. From that point on I started getting pretty beefy. I'm 23 now and weigh around 170. Back from being 140 in HS
heres what I do every night:
70-100 wing lifts
(raising your arms horizontally with weights out to the side)
150-250 crunches
40-50 curls in each arm
35lb weights
that's every night
you don't have to go as crazy as me. Just keep with your regiment. Although if you're a skinny guy, it's going to be really hard to change that body type. You sound like a marathon type anyway. So just keep with the regiment you have going and keep increasing 5 pounds a year

Are you training to be a better fighter or just for looks and power? If you want to be a better fighter...dont touch weights! Power is not always everything. Lift once a month. Train EVERYDAY on the bag. Speed bag and heavy bag...it'll help increase your power and speed crucially. Power comes from the waist. So technique is key. Practice hitting pads to improve reflexes. Jog and jump rope for endurance and stamina.
I would suggesting you tone your muscles..but you want BIG ones..so I'll you tell how, but first I recommend you dont rely only on just weights. You should do some cardio work, jump roping, jogging, and etc etc....you want to be healthy and have lots of endurance and stamia..not just power. Why do you want big muscles for anyways?....all power and no speed? seems like you just want the 'look' right? we'll here's how...
Heavy weights = less reps..combo of those = bigger muscles,
you can also do Heavy weights and TRY to do more reps.
dont do light weights..they'll just make you do more reps and tone your muscles.
Muscles have to heal in order to form correctly. You don't want to come out looking ugly and deformed like a steroid monster!..but being big and buff...you need to let your muscles heal for a day. Lift every OTHER day...got it?
Remember to strech and drink lots of fluids!, Strech before and after..drink water before, during, and after workout.
Drop the '4 times a day' to just a 'one time' 2-3 hour workout per day. Every other day. Muscles need to heal and grow!..take weight gainers, eat right!..I UNDERSTAND YOUR WEIGHT, so I'll make it CHALLENGING for you..but I wont make it impossible.
(remember only once a day(not 4 times), every OTHER day..so muscles can grow. People who lifts everyday gain muscles slowly because they dont lift till they drop..they just lift and lift and their body cant make room for growth, no pain means your body is not being worked enough. You lift till you drop! then let yourself heal for a day as your muscles grow..then push your body again after the day you let it heal)
*STRECH BEFORE LIFTING..and drink lots of water*
- Do 60 push ups..after a month..add 10 more..every month do so.
- 100 push ups...after a month..do 20 more..every month do so.
- 150 sit ups...add 10 more in a week. Keep adding 10 as each week goes by.
- and move your 16lb to a 25lb dumbell...I recommend 40 reps of curling each arm....push it! feel that burn! I
(in a month move up to 30lbs..move down to 30 reps, after 4 months...move up to 40lbs...30 reps. After a year move up to 50lbs...move your way up with reps)
- Got a bench press? 90lbs...30 reps, a week after add 10 more lbs. After that week..keep adding 10lbs. Once you can't do 30 reps any more. Move to a weight where you can do 30 reps. Stick to that weight till you can do 30 reps. Then try to throw on 10 more lbs..keep the cycle going!
You should work on your legs also. Try squatting..if you dont know that that is..look it up.

It keeps your muscles from becomming stiff..that way if you happen to get into a fight, you wont be so slow with all that muscle! That's why streching is key! so you can keep your muscles loose but still look monsterous. So lift smart. Never rush a workout, and never half @zz it. Always do complete reps.
After workout is done. Strech alot! drink lots of water, after you cooled down. Take a cold shower to sooth muscles. Eat a meal so your body can use the protien, vitamins, and nutrients for muscle growth. (alot of people who answered have provided good eating habits) Then take a good 5 hour or more nap/sleep right after you strech, drink water, shower, and eat. DON'T lift again until a full 48 hour later...that's best way to let them grow.
Try creating your own lifting techniques. Set a goal to accomplish, check em off as you complete each one...setting a goal is a 'no failure' proof way to lift!

That is such a general question. There are many exercises/ cardio training that you can do to get that body, too many to list here. But these are the basic tips you should ALWAYS follow:
1) Nutritious Diet. No junk food. Drink lots of water. Eat protein. etc
2) Cardio training (running, swimming, bicycling, etc) along with Resistance training such as weight lifting
3) have a plan, and stick to it. diet is the most important, then it's the exercise itself. and get 8 hours of sleep too!

When I was at my heaviest I was almost 200 pounds......now I'm 130, and my metabolism has actually increased. This is not a fad diet, this is retraining yourself to make healthy choices. Another trick that really worked for me to help me stay on track is to make small changes that I knew I could stick with, instead of trying to make big changes all at once that would set me up for failure. Answers: Cross country skiing is number one, followed by running, cycling, and swimming.
Pushups and other calisthenics aren't even on the map because you can't do them long enough to burn a significant number of calories.
Swimming burns the most calories per hour. It's also low stress and low impact.
Losing 10 pounds. Won't seem to come off?
So, I'm 5'8 and 150 pounds. I know this is probably the average weight for my height and such, but I'd like to lose about 10-15 pounds. I have a real hard time toning my stomach/oblique area. I also hate hate hate my arm, and wish they were more toned. I do yoga on a regular basis, which is quite tough, I may say, and it's agreat workout.I just don't know how I can shed off the last 10 pounds!?!

Answers: Eating balance is the best option I have found. The problem is what is balanced for your body isn't the same as someone else.I eat at least 15gm of protein at each meal, at least 3 fruits, 4 veggies, and no more than 140 grams of carbs daily. This works for me as I've lost 50pounds. I also have to eat every 3-4 hours(which is how often the stomach empties by the by) or I get really really mean! lol

well there are all sorts of diets and excercise plans.
1. ICE DIET --- When you are hungry, eat ice. Dont eat anything else. When you eat the ice pretend it is the food you WANT to eat. Yoga is great excercise.
2. Quicker --- Only eat lunch and half of dinner. Excercise when you can.
3. Specifics --- Eat in small porportions and it matters WHERE you want to lose the weight. Thighs? stomach? arms? butt? Specific excercixes are for those.
