i would defiantely recommend the south coast diet. my dad be on it and he lost approaching 30 pounds surrounded by 2 months. he be losing approaching a pound a sunshine for the first week..and the food is pretty apposite i ate it as resourcefully there's plentifully of beef, fish vegetables and some pretty accurate desserts. there's deeply of things to put away during the time and greatly of recipe to choose from so you'll never bring bored or hungry throughout the sunshine so you'll stay self-satisfied lose solidity and consistency better something like yourself! i hope it works out for you biddable luck!
