Weight Watchers Flex Points..?
I have recently started the Weight Watchers Flex points system and am finding it hard to stay at 24 a day. Is it ok to break into the 35 allowence? Am I going to loose weight this way?? I lost 5 in the first week and weigh in again on Monday! I just feel guilty not staying at 24. and yes it is ok to go into those extra 35 points that is what they are there for plus don't forget the more extra exercise points you earn means that you can have thay many more points too. Also try starting your meals with a "free" salad and nocal (yes there is such a thing) or light cal dressing or cup of some zero point soup. There are many things you can do to increase your points a day so you can eat more. Also try joining the WW boards the girls on there are great. and you post ask questions without buying the online sub too. Good luck
How do you lose 5kg of weight in two weeks?
I'm 57 kg right now. I just need to lose 5kg... or maybe at least 3kg...I'm having exams now and stress has makin me really eat more.Answers: I tried the Three day diet. It worked for me. And you don't like tuna then there is the ( your blood type diet) Find out your blood type and google the blood type diet and look up your blood type and it will explain what would be good and not so good food for you to eat.
cut out all the junk food and sugar, eat fruit when you're stressed out.
do yoga and pilates! really helps!
simply starve out .........joking man ...but try living on just fruits and liquid diet...it wiil give u results....i tried it for the ssb training and it worked man ...best of luck :-)

Hey ya'll, what would you do if...?
I want to know what you think about this!I've heard a lot of strories about guys controlling what their girlfriends eat, drink, and how much they exercise. They don't tell them what to wear or anything like that, just their diet - but they do it with an "iron fist". My question is: What do you think? How would you react? Would it be worth it? and stuff like that. Me personally I would be like "Who the h*** does he think he is? Telling me what I can eat and can't eat! I can take care of myself!" But, what about ya'll?

It has a lot of guidance tailored to your goals. You can event get recipes, workout help, and they have support groups specific to your interests, area of the world/country, whatever. I found the calorie counter most helpful.

Exercised with a headache?
I just exercised on my exercise bike on the hardest setting for about 30 minutes, i feel like throwing up, i was drinking some water on and off while exercising, is this because I have the headache?Answers: Cardio exercise has been proven to be more effective if you start at a mild pace and work up to your max, hold it and slowly start back down or doing and up and down cycle. You don't have to "kill" your self on the bike, just get your heart rate at your target and exercise at that level for 30 mins. it's your heart rate you want to pace your exercise with not your intensity. if you get your heart rate up to high your body will go into panic mode and thats not good at all. The right kind of exercise should help a headache go away and you should feel good while exercising not worn out to the max.
it would really depend on what type of headache... have u eaten anything cuz if u exercise and havent eaten the whole day, water will not compensate for that... ur body needs the energy too..
Can someone give me some good excercises to do for back love handles? lol...?
I just recently lost 36lbs, but i still have a little access skin and for some reason my back still has a roll...as I lost weight it just shrunk, but hasn't completely went away..any tips? thanx in advance..Answers: seriously?

These are not that easy when you first start out (or when getting back to them when you have been neglectful)
but one just does as best one can at the time and builds up to being able to just do them in less than 15 min every day
they are awesome in effectiveness once you are "tuned"
you can research and find the books that give a bunch of background information about the Five which is pretty interesting - but not real required (there are now 3 books out on this)
I have been doing these off and on for quite some time (I remember the first book .. grin) and I am kinda into 'showing off' my bod
so I know what I am talking about when I recommend them
you have to come to the concept that your own body has it's own Ideal possible
and these dont try for some artificial 'stereotype' but rather will reveal to you your own greatness that you may never had known was possible!
I enthusiastically recommend them a lot
you do have to remember that every journey begins with a single step
and just take those steps as best you can
your brain and your body will adapt if you persist
just like learning to ride a bike
and these exercises can easily lead you to being very happy with your body no matter what type of body you have
ok here is what i do
lay on your back lift your left knee to your right elbow and so on with the other leg
it hurts like a ***** but it does work
well stairs help love handles.. and side crunches as well.. now what I suggest is that you do 5 sets of 10 on each side of your love handles.. so instead of front crunches you do side crunches. also chain saws help too.. you can put one knee on a bench and take a dumb ell and let it hang on the side the leg is thats touching the floor and pull it up to your waist.. 5 sets of 10 each side to start.

Good start. I'd recommend a shower and a snack for your headache. Hit the weights before you pick your son up from school. Speaking of hitting, try a heavy bag. It's great for relieving stress. Imagine your boss, neighbor, whoever and just pummel them for 10-15 minutes.

Answers: hmmm... according to what i've read, it's not the caffeine that causes a substance to be a diuretic. so, yes, even decaffeinated chamomile tea could cause you to lose water.

Help!! is my friend to skinny?
my friend is 5'5'' since school started shes lost some weight and whenver people ask her if shes losing weight she says she is but she doesnt know why. when i was at her house i found a piece of paper inbetweenthat had her weight recorded everyday and at the bottom it says her goal weight is 90lbs! is this dangerously thin?!Answers: Yeah, it is. The healthy weight range for that height is around 115 to 135. You should confront her before the situation gets worse, it sounds like she has some sort of disorder.
This is serously bad, talk to her and ask why she is doing this to herself, she may feel she isn't confident cause she's to 'fat'
Try and get her to see a doctor or talk to her parents before she ends up killing herself.

If she's trying to lose weight to 90 pounds, then she is too skinny and may have an eating disorder. How much does she eat?
Help! im going insane!?
right i need help, at the moment im spinning around 45minutes a day, im also doing other gym classes such any body sculpt, body pump and step. i also go slimming world. i was a size 16 and have dropped to a sdmall 14 but ive stopped losing weight, i went to the slimming world weigh in and i put on 2 pounds!! i couldnt believe it, it rreally feels like im fighting a losing battle. some women that go there do not even touch the gym, and are losing 2-3 pounds a week. i go gym everyday, sweat it out for at least 3 hours on some days and end up putting weight on. please help me i really wanna lose my belly. its not much now but its so annoying when im so close to my goalAnswers: I know what you mean. Diet is more important than exercise when trying to lose weight. Get your diet right first, then your exercise (sounds like you could be over training).
Losing weight is not a big secret. You must burn more calories than you take in, forcing your body to burn the extra fat.
Don't leave it up to guess work, as you are guessing wrong it seems!
You always lose a big amount of weight quickly and then it peters off to approx 2lbs a week. Don't stress. It'll come.

Its because your going to the gym and converting fat into muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat.
You should try droping a session or 2 at the gym or if you wanted to tone and muscle carry on but don't be dissappointed / suprise your weight is going up just be thank full its not fat but muscle.
Also i attend slimming world too and my consultant stress's this on a weekly basis maybe having a one to one / quite word with him/her could help also. She will let u know about liquid build up as well which could be a cause also as going to the gym as often as you i'd imagine your drinking alot also.
Congratulations on your FANTASTIC achievement so far! Terrific work. Don't worry about a slow in the rate of loss - could be a plateau, or you are most likely gaining muscle and losing fat (muscle weighs more than fat, so the scales won't reflect your hard work, but your appearance and health will). Don't over-do the exercise, and don't under-eat. Just try to make healthy changes and lose weight at a healthy pace. If you go too fast then you'll lose muscle rather than fat which will slow your metabolism and that will make weight loss harder to sustain!
Don't go too far - I beg you. I was in the same boat - size 16, got to a 14, and did too much exercise, ate too little and now I'm anorexic and struggling to get my health back. The consequences are terrible. Please strive for overall health. Don't measure your success by your clothing size or weight on the scales, but focus on how your body feels - does it feel healthy?
I think 3 hours of exercise is too much....try to shoot for an hour a day, an hour and a half max (absolute max!), and give your body 1 or 2 days a week to recover or you wont achieve results - you will end up injured.

you begin to loose fat at the first few weeks and then it appears as though you have stopped losing or have even began gaining weight.. but this isn't the case
because you are working out you are gaining muscle.
(FACT) - Muscle weighs more than fat.. so as long as you are eating and exercising right.. then when you gain weight or stay the same.. its because your getting more of a body structure through your muscles.. so don't give up.
Don't worry about weight, worry about size! Are you getting smaller?
Muscle is denser than fat, so if you're building a little muscle and losing fat you can end up a lot smaller with a better figure but not lose any pounds.
