The "ideal" weightiness for 5'5 is around 125. But I know that at 5'7 my bulk is supossed to be 135 and at 135 I surface flubby. It adjectives depends on the size of your body frame. If you're small resembling me, you may be more comfortable somewhere around 118-120.
