What happen to incomplete proteins if you don't build them complete?

Currently I'm a lacto-vegetarian (I don't devour any meat or eggs, but some dairy), though this Summer I'd approaching to become completely lacto-vegetarian.

The management have a website where on earth you can hold track of adjectives your food intake, and it tell you if you have too much of something or not ample.
For some of today's entries, I enter I have consumed 2 Veggie (soy) burgers, and 8oz of soy milk, and 20oz of regular milk. The table concluded I have consumed "blank" amounts of protein. Now not adjectives my protein be "complete" (from animals, and combined incomplete proteins). Should I consume partly complete proteins, and partly incomplete proteins (without combining the incomplete proteins near other incomplete proteins) Will the incomplete proteins only become stout unless they are completed or will they combine beside the regular milk to create complete proteins.

Sorry if that sounds confusing, I'll try to explain it again if anyone have any question
