Is weight lifting okay to get into single digit body fat?

I'ma guy that's just above single digit body fat % and i'm trying to get into that low %, my question is should I use weight training in addition to my cardio and low calories diet? Obviously I can't build for mass getting fewer calories in, then I expend but I do NOT want to lose any muscle either I want to basically sustain my muscle mass but reach low body fat %. Also besides the basics of many mealsa day , less cal in then out, whole foods, any additional information to help me get into that low body fat % I would appreiciate. I asked this before and got nothing but "your not fat" awnsers so for clerity I have NO mental problems or eating disorders or any disorders at all this is for something completely different, if I slim down a little I can get a free portfolio made that's ALL. Also my cardio is a 4-5 mile run a day. I get less thatn 2k calories typically a day in 6,7 meals.
Answers: you can continue to weight train but you have to lower the volume and intensity. you are basically lookin to do a maintanance routine to preserve muscle mass while cutting. this is the hardest part of bodybuilding, i have not yet quite mastered it yet, i found that if i cut calories too much, i drop a ton of muscle mass. i had better luck with only a modest cut in calories, and more cardio work..my weight training included working each bodypart 1 time per week, using a compound movement and 2 isolation movements. example- chest workout was bench press, 4 sets for 8-10 reps, followed by flys and crossovers, 3 sets each 10 reps.. as opposed to doing flat and incline press during my bulking phases.. muscle is going to be lost during a cutting phase, the trick is to create just a small calorie deficit to encourage fat burning without muscle loss. the other thing you may want to research is to have 1 day a week where you eat more calories. this is a technique used a lot to help encourage your metabolism to stay up. during dieting, your metabolism tends to slow. by adding a high calorie day once a week, you replenish muscle glycogen stores and bump up your metabolism.

Why do restraurants make such fattening foods?

I had a BK omelette sandwich meal today and when I got home I found out that it contained 70 percent of recommended daily fat intake and was 700 calories alone for just the sandwich. I could almost feel the fat rushing to my body. The people that were eating were all behemoths and I couldn't believe they still eat fast food considering they are so huge. I know BK serves more fatty foods than most restaurants but to be honest I see this stuff happening a lot. Its almost as if the restaurants think that we wouldn't eat their food if its not loaded with butter and sugar. I for one would be more encouraged to eat at a place where there's healthy choices on the menu compared to some place like BK.
Answers: they do that to attract more poeple to encourage them to eat at there fast food places.when they're cooking there food and you're driving by with window down it makes you hungry and want to get something to eat,either it be from BK,Wendy's,McDonald's or Bojangles or any other fast food places.

What can i eat when im trying to control bowel?

I am trying to fix my bowel i have very bad constapation and i know i need fiber.are there certain foods i shouldnt eat?
Answers: Stay away from white flour, white rice, white sugar. Try eating fresh vegetables, fruits, brown rice, beans, whole grain bread and pasta. Drink plenty of water. Good luck.

Overall, your bowels should be 'C' or 'S' shapped. If your stools are healthy, then the initial dump should be at least 6 - 7 inches in length and 1 - 2 inches in diameter.

What food should i eat to bulk up?

I am an ectomorph.
I have been working out for awhile but I am still a skinny guy even though I have gained some muscle. I really want to start making contenual gains. I am not worried about my workout I just need to figure out my diet.

Let me know what specific foods are good for building muscle. Now there is not much I can do about dinner (because I live with my mother. lol).
I was thinking what kinda frozen foods are good?

Snacks, like cookies, right now i have been eating Nutter Butters, the penut butter cookies.

Protein is the major muscle builder if you want to gain weight and put on muscle. If you can add in enough protein by eating more lean meats, you may not have to add things like protein shakes. I like protein bars, as those can be easy to grab for breakfast or a snack.

I went from my average healthy weight of 125 lbs (at 5ft 6in. tall) to about 107 in 6 months. Make sure your meals consist of some carbs and protein with

the day. lf you eat every 3 hours. Eat blenty of fruits, vegies, meats, basmati rice etc. Once you increase your metabolic rate from exercising your appetite will increase. Be patient and dont stress.

How many hours could we actually spend in body work out?


Answers: the body builders u see in the mr universe contests spend 6 hours a day in the gym. they have to or other wise they would lose muscle mass. try to take you work out a little at a time friend. like start with 15 minutes working out if u have never worked out before. then go to 30 minutes after 4 weeks work out every other day. then work up to what ever time u want to spend working out.

remember that slow and steady wins the race dont do too much tooo fast thats the key
