I have an idea that you should not diet, instead revise the path and what you munch through. Try to avoid red meat and cultured sugar. Whole wheat breads instead of white. Brown rice are honourable as are lentils to replace the meat. Make sure the meat you do drink is lean. And above adjectives, move! Get alive. Even if it is simply doing lap around your house to start. 30 minutes a time. Break it up into 10 minutes 3 times a sunshine. The hardest member is not giving contained by to the bribery.
