Why is goat milk lactose free?
my friend is lactose-intolerant, and i just relapsed on another bout of it (i had it when i was really little).she, and other people, say that eating goat cheese (made from goat milk, obviously) is alright.
does this mean there is less lactose in the milk, and if so, why? because as far as i know, goats and cows eat VERY similar foods.
Answers: While goat's milk is not lactose-free, it is much more easily digested than cow's milk (it does not leave as much residue behind). Therefore, it is used by a lot of people who are "milk-sensitive".
But, if your friend is severly lactose intolerant, goat's milk should really not be an option for her.
Alternatives may be coconut milk or some other derivative from a non-dairy source.
It's not lactose free, but it does have lower lactose than cow's milk, and is more easily digested by your stomach.

& I do alot of squats, and squats and kicks, I do like 30 each everyday. but what I can't stand is like I have a big butt (is a good thing) but you can see a little fat hanging out, but its not bad, i work out alot, lift weights, and i have a very strong tummy so I dont have to worry about that. So if it makes sense, my butt is big but I have no curve to my lower back where it meets my butt. Anyway to help this problem? or am I good at what im doing? I drink 100% Whey Protein drink morning and night (after I workout)

Answers: Because everyone is shaped different, its really hard to say. Squats will definalty help shape your lower back, because it stengthens your core muscles, including your abs.
squats actually target your thighs, not your back.
the way her back looks (extremely curvy) is most likely because of the angle of the picture, and the way she's standing.
but a way to get a fit back muscle amount would be doing lifting, possibly yoga, anything that really stretches out, and cinches back in your lower body.
You can only do so much with what you've got. The whole world loves her "lower back" along with the rest of her body. If it was so easy to gain such a physique, it wouldn't be quite as special.
I'm a bit confused about your description of yourself, you say you've got a big butt, but that there is no curvature between that and your lower back. What exactly do you have then, a wide butt? A long butt? In any case, it sounds like a flat butt. The traditional Sir Mix-A-Lot meaning of big butt is a lot of curve at the transition. If you don't naturally have it, you really can't do anything to create it. Squats are the best thing you can do, so just keep at it.
You could always get butt implants, but really, don't bother with something so silly. Instead of worrying about what you don't have, just promote the things you do have.

Answers: Hate to say it, but there's way to much info, to cover, think about something else. Eve is for the young and sex kittens, and Christ I'm a female, but I know what would get the joking laugh, and the you have got to be kidding laugh.
For the stretch marks the only possible solution is make up. Use a good foundation and some powder, this can sound weird, but still is the best know solution... Do you think top models are absolutely perfect? no.... make up makes them perfect!

You could probably have a healthy breakfast and lunch but you're eating in moderation which is good.

first of all "Exercise"!! for no matter how much less calories or fat or wateva u Must exercise not only does it burn out more calories but if u tune up ur muscle u can change the flabs and instead get a beatiful straight skin with no jelly like!! this is not an advertisment for some kind of home machine(gym) :) im talkin for reall out of the changes i saw!! try to exercise three hours a week (on three seprate days like Sun Tues and Thurs)at the begging then you'll find that you want more yourself, as it leaves you more energetic and fresh.
second thing neva leave the house with no breakfast even if ur gonna eat it in the car (preferably not). eating breakfast in the morning gives your body the needed energy to begin the day , doesn't lead to the decrease in the burning(body doesn't save energy) and eating 3 healthy meals makes it easier to cut down on the snacks..
third thing, SNACKS u can never get rid of them or stop them but instead try to always have a fruit or nuts on you so wheneva ur hungry you'll eat them instead of headin to the cafeteria or the drive-through.
forth, diet is a word that means a healthy life style not a non- eating month of starvation style :p.. anyways my point is diets are no use low calorie, low fat, dairy products, fruit or even water diet , i ve seen them all. wateva it is u always lose the point of doing a diet in the first place (losing the weight and keeping it oFF!!)
so try to make it ur life style or habit , not to eat too much sugar and carbohydrate. try to concentrate on the food and how good it can taste if u eat with more concentration on the food than on the TV or the Book ur reading!!
eat more veggies fruits or dried fruits and nuts. no matter how much calories and sugar they have they definitely wont be as bad as a chocolate bar!!
last thing, try to have ur last meal as early as two hours before u sleep (or more) i ve seen people lossin weight by eating the same but stopping at 7 pm (weird, lucky them though:D

Exercise is a major factor in loosing weight, not starving. For a fun way to loose wright is getting dance dance revolution. They even have a work out mode that counts your calories you're burning.
Eat a healthy breakfast lunch and dinner with minimum snacks. You should also eat within moderation. My favouite healthy meal is a smoothie. Blend frozen barries and low fat vanilla yogurt, it tastes better than ice cream.
Don't think of it as a diet or you'll be more prone to go back to 'normal'. Instead think of it as a way of life and how you live from now on. Self discipline is the key. This is how I've started thinking and it works much better.

Need to gain mussel, what protein products (or anything else) would you recommend?

"Pure Protein" brand protein bars are good.
Be careful of eating lots of protein with fats, especially saturated fats. You don't want great muscles alongside new flab.

What is the different between 100% fruit juice and 100% fruit juice from concentrate?
Answers: -100% Fruit Juice means they took the fruit, squeezed it for juice and put the juice in a bottle or carton (they probably pasteurized it too.)
-When the juice comes from concentrate, here is what happens:
1) They take the fruit and squeeze if for juice.
2) Then they process the juice to remove some of the water. (One way to do this is to heat the juice so water evaporates.) What is left is a thick sweet syrup - called "concentrate."
3) Then the syrup is shipped to processing plants around the country. At the local processing plant, water is added back into the syrup and the juice is put into a bottle or carton to be shipped to a store. This is now 100% Juice from Concentrate.
The reason they do this is that it's cheaper to ship concentrate around the country than it is to ship whole juice. Why ship water if you can just remove the water and then add it back into the product closer to the point of sale? Most people can't taste the difference between juice and juice made from concentrate - but some say they can taste a difference and prefer the whole, unprocessed juice.
By the way - if you've ever purchased frozen orange juice in the small containers in the freezer section at the supermarket and then added water to make orange juice, you were making "juice from concentrate."
100 percent fruit juice is just fruit with no added suger or perservitace and its healthy juice from concentrate is full of suger and just as bad for u as pop
How effective is the cambridge diet?
I was thinking about the cambridge diet, has anyine and stories on this?does it relly work as fast as they say?
Answers: Yes it does work. I tried it years ago and lost a lot of weight, BUT as soon as I had even grilled chicken & salads, or any low calorie meal, the whole weight came back on with avengeance. Plus a lot more.

its really not an effective way to lose weight because its depriving your body of what it needs.
It's as effective as any diet: makes you loose weight while you follow it and gain it when you don't.
Make some positive, lasting changes to your lifestyle instead. Ditch the weight and start thinking about how great you feel when you eat healthy and do some exercise that you love. Start by adding some healthy food to your diet and finding a sport that makes your body laugh!

Answers: Your weight is perfectly normal for your height and age. You have a BMI for age of 19.2 or so.
Anything between about 85lb and 124lb is considered a healthy weight; between 124 and 144lb you are considered at risk of becoming overweight; over 145lb is possibly overweight. So you are well within range.
Yep, this is normal. Your bmi is 19.2, and it is supposed to be between 18.5 and 24.9. Hope this helps xo

Ask your doctor to refer you to a Nutritionist. They can tell you what your intake and portions should be specifically for you. Its much safer and more successful.
As for exercise... swimming, volley ball, soccer, riding your bike. Anything active for a 1/2 hour per day will go a long way.
Dieting at your age is not safe for your body.
