I've be doing cardio for more or less 2 months immediately while doing some ab, butt, and pecs workouts and have a sound diet. So I've pretty much burned some of my podginess. Although apparently I've gotten too skinny. I don't want to go and get skinny I simply want to bring back toned and I don`t know gain more counterweight. I'm 95 lbs and 5'0.
