How can i lose 20lbs in 6 weeks?
i'm 18 years old and my mum and her friends our always complaining about my weight. i am 5'7 and weigh 149 lbs, and i would like to get down to 122lbs for a goal weight. But i want to do this in 6 weeks because i am going overseas for christmas and i don't want my relatives mocking me when i arrive.i have 5 meals everyday (breakfast lunch and dinner plus 2 snacks. i walk for about 30-60 mins everday and sometimes i just dance around my room for another 30 mins. my calories intake is approximately 1700.
I havn't seen any results, am i doing something wrong? i was thinking of going on the lemondae diet.
Answers: variation in the meals and exercise is required. Our body adapts quickly to a program.

Well, try eating healthy foods if you are not doing so. Just because you consume only 1700 calories a day doesn't mean that you are eating healthy.
Eat less carbs and sugar. Also, eat lots of fiber and take vitamins.
You can also go on a protein shake diet where you only drink protein drinks, like the kind body builders drink, and thats it for a couple of weeks. Its pretty intense but it works.
You are at the perfect weight. I don't know why you would want to lose weight.
Anyone who would mock you has mental issues and I would not visit. Anyone who says you are fat is evil and sick. I am sorry but your mom is sick and her friends are sicker.

Go on the atkins diet and you will lose that amount. Also think about upping your exercise a little more. Do some more focused cardio - cycling, swimming etc.
If you want to lose that weight fast you have to eat no more the 1000 calories a day and exercise a lot doing aerobic, or spinning (that burns a lot of calories) and there is a pill called Hidroxicute that it's fantastic for losing weight.
Remember eating healty and drink lots of water.

How about cutting out the 2 snacks a day and just having the 3 meals a day without increasing the calorie intake in those 3 meals a day?
If you want to keep having those 2 snacks a day, make each one a banana, orange, apple or some other piece of fruit.

When you make oatmeal...?
When you make oatmeal...?do you put water in it before putting it in the microwave?
I was so distracted today and I forgot to add water to my oatmeal and nearly caused a fire. I was so glad the fire alarm didn't go off in my dorm. Imagine 12 stories of people evacuating the building all because I didn't add that water.
How was your Friday everyone?
Answers: My Friday was blessed.
I (Microwave)cook oatmeal 1 1/2 cups in an oversized bowl, floating with water, for 7 minutes on high. With the larger than life bowl it does not bubble over causing me to get in trouble with the boss. Then, when the timer beeps I let it cool for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. I add milk and honey, yum.
i cook mine on the stove, and according to the instructions, i'm supposed to boil the water b4 adding the shiz. but ive also cooked it together, and the results were almost the same.
anyway you cook it, it still tastes like crap.
Here's how I do it...
Fill a pot with water and heat it on the stove until it boils
While I'm waiting, I put the oatmeal into a bowl
When the water is boiling, I pour the water into the bowl of oatmeal.
Wait for it to cool and there you have it! Delicous oatmeal!

Exercises like hip abductions and adductions and leg raises and squats and tuck jumps and lunges and calf raises will help. Running or biking or rollerblading is a good way too.
Pilates is a good way to "sculpt", and weight lifting. Along with some cardio activity 3xs a week, such as running, biking, swiming, rollerblading, or the elliptical.
I have a great pilates video, called "10 Minute Solutions" by Lara Hudson. It has 5 10 minute segments that work on different muscles. You can do them individually if you're pressed for time or all at once for an intense 50 minutes workout.
Your local YMCA (or any gym, just that the Y is usually cheaper) offers great classes that are free to members, and a lot will help you "sculpt".

Food to eat: basically just try to eat healthy- avoid junk foods (pop, candy, cookies, desserts, potatoe chips, etc). Eat lots of fruit and veggies and drink lots of water. Make sure you eat breakfast, because it helps you burn calories during the day. And only eat when you're hungry, and if you have to snack, eat something healthy like nuts, fruit/veggies, yogurt, etc.
My Belly Fat?
I have some belly fat which I would like to lose. I weigh about 150 lbs and my height is like 5' 2". I am still not really eating healthy, so please include healthy, delicious food choices. I take dance class 2 hours, once a week. 1 hour with hip-hop and 1 hour with tap. I dance in my basement from 30-90 minutes occasionally. You should lose and continue to lose more weight as you go.
If you can cut out your lunch meal and replace it with a protein drink instead that would also help. Available in supermarkets. Like “Slim Right”.
As long as you can stay off junk food and eating in between meals. If you have to eat something in between have something like small raw carrots or celery sticks.
Herbal teas, low fat milk and water are your best choice of drinks.
Summary:
Choose a cereal low in sugar for breakfast.
Lunch can best be a protein drink. Like “Slim Right”.
And all normal meals at a normal serve. Cut down on potatoes and only have small portions of these. Walking as much as you can.

Answers: 110lb-150lb depending on build, muscle etc.
Small framed: 110lb-130lb
Medium framed: 120lb-140lb
Large framed: 130-150lb
At 100 lbs a healthy female is at 5 feet tall; and at every 1 inch measurement after she should weigh 5 pounds. This is because of the extra bone, and flesh weight etc... the body gains. So at 5 feet 5 inches (5'5"), this would be an appropriate body weight for an ectomorph or perhaps even a mesomorph; however an endomorph (short musculature, round face, short neck , wide hips, and heavy fat storage) this would not be possible. If you are an endormorph, just add another 5-6 pounds (5-6lbs) per inch. This very normal. Please consider your health ie. if you exercise and eat healthy. I really hope I could help with this.

try to cut out junk food (candy, soda, anything fried)
eat lean protein. like grilled chicken, turkey or soy.
if you like green tea, drink it! its good for you and helps healthy weight loss.
don't eat alot of starchy foods like white bread, pasta, corn, potatoes.
some good snacking foods include:
almonds(or any nut), low-fat yogurt, wheat thins, cottage cheese with fruit, dried aprocots ect.
you also need to excercize, you cant keep weight off just by dieting.
1500-1800 calories a day is a good amount

That's underweight. If you have a BMI of under 18.5, you are underweight. You have one of 14.7. Don't feel guilty abut eating food, you really shouldn't be losing weight in your current situation.

TRY eating alot hour by hour the only reason u really lose weight is because you exercise alot and once you don't exercise you'll get sugars (food) stored in all yr cells thats what I learned in school yeah time to time I listen no biggy!

i also am a person who feels fat although they are underweight but i have learned to deal with my problem. anyways to most girls who ask if they are too skinny and that theyve lost weight i tell them not to worry about it if there bmi is around 18ish. however your bmi is redicously low. you need to gain back the weight you lost and even try to get to 110lbs (you would still be underweight)!!

Yes, this will work. you will lose weight from fat at first, then after 2-3 months your muscles will begin to tone and build. walking will exercise the entire front half of your body.

are you asking this question to see if people can smell you when you walk into a room? don't worry, dear, fat people do not smell any different than anyone else. only unwashed people smell bad - fat or thin. and this was mentioned above, but people do tend to associate fat with bad hygiene. as long as you are clean, no one will be able to smell you. relax.
I guess fat people sweat a lot thus the peculiar smell but you know what even skinny people have it. A bath, a deodorant and a perfume is just what everybody needs especially those who are engaged to more physical activities...

like what tests did they do... There's a standard of tests they're supposed to do to make sure there's nothing wrong with you. When I had stomach issues I had tons and tons of things done and it started with bloodwork.
Like are you sick sick? Try putting more of your symptoms. You just eat and throw up and otherwise you feel fine or are you sick all day?
There are many different causes of sickness but as far as your body is concerned, it is trying to get rid of something that shouldn't be there but for two week and all foods that is very serious with your weight loss and fluid changes in your body which can lead to dehydration and fatigue any doctor would know this its basics i can only conclude there was some lack of communication on some aspects of you illness between you and your doctor given what you have said the very least he/she should have done was given you some anti sickness tablets to help settle you not to mention all the other standard test that should be carried out
i suggest you go back to your doctors as soon as possible and make sure he understands your problem fully in every detail and on your part make sure you drink lots of fluids water if nothing else will stay down little and often is best in these cases but see your doctor asp

Does phentermine expire after only one year?
