For faster progress, I'd recommend doing at smallest 2-3 of the above exercises during your workout, beside probably 3 sets respectively, and consequently do a set of push-ups to nouns.

If your gym have the Hammer Strength machines for chest, try those. Those are the best machines - the movement is really smooth and comfortable.

I agree next to the above post - push ups are great too - incline and decline.

When you're still growing, at one point, does your counterweight stabilize? Because that's your developed counterweight?

Because I am 13 years hoary 5'4 and 120 pounds. I perceive so excess weight, and I'm upset if I am going to become overweight as I catch elder or something. I'm really alarmed too, because, I don't come from "skinny, or healthy" genes.

your weight's ok for your increase and build, but for your age, not so. it is typical for starting teens to consistency that process, but since you voice that you don't come from "skinny" genes (skinny is not equated to hygienic by the way), try not to gain more than 10% of your present solidity.
