I own be working out including doing some cardio and I hold Inappropriate Sinustachycardia (fast heartrate) I am not on any medication for it and wont know how to step hindmost to the doctor for a few more monthes. What I be wanting to know does anyone know of something that can assistance save my heartrate down next to I am working out?
