* if you are interested contained by calcium rich veggies attach kale (dinosaur kale is the most calcium rich veggie from what I hear but own not compared it to other veggies only however!).
In a separate bowl mix the following for a correct dressing:
1 table spoon of Olive grease
1 table spoon of Lemon Juice
1 Tea spoon of Amino Acids (Bragg's is the best I hold found)
&
to partiality Apple Cider Vinegar
