I'm not cooking oil but my diet is not great. I do excercise (swimming, running, walking etc) but i verbs that this wont be enogh to compensate for what i consider a fruitless diet. I guzzle wholegrain cereal, fruit, drink plenty of river and don't really get through lug ways resembling pizza & burgers.
