The REAL Zhen De Shou?

I'd like to know which among the many Zhen de Shou sold is the real one. I recently bought 3boxes w/c had the silver coin seal,Blue-Orange chinese charaters & the Blue flower seal...this was before i searched the net & found out people claiming that the original one is the Heart shape seal...then to make things more confusing,my boyfriend bought me another 3boxes,this time it had the Gold oval coin seal,Rainbor colored chinese characters,orange flower seal...
All three said boxes when opened contained the same pill contents in terms of color,the way it was positioned inside...
Help! I dont know w/c is the real one...

By the way,i'm currently on Day5 w/ the Zhen de Shou that i bought

i know summers a long ways away, but i still wannalook good in clothes..i'm 14, 5'3 and 145 pnds..i neeed to lose weight! what should i do to lose the quickest amount in the quickest way possible? ive sytopped eating junk, i do wall-sits, lunges, and about 60 crunches a day(which i heard don't work??)..i also need to think up my thighs, they touch when i walk and i really do not want them to do that, i really wanna look klike this wich i believe is impossible..

Answers: First of all, you are only 14 and shouldn't be worried about crash dieting and excercising. I feel that I should tell you that the body in the picture took not only a balanced diet, but also cardio excercise and weight lifting to obtain....These are not things that you can obtain in a matter of minutes. This is a lifestyle change. If you are going to do this, you should do it the right way...Make sure that you are eating a balanced meal with lots of protein. Doing lunges and sit-ups won't really do a whole lot...my recommendation is to do more cardio. Have you thought of joining a sports team or taking a dance class? This way you can obtain your cardio without overdoing it and still have fun. Hope this helps.
Sit ups work better than crunches, especially when you do them on an exercise ball. Floor crunches will do more harm than good. I've been doing 150 sit ups a day [in sets of 50, three times a day] for a couple weeks, and I can already tell a difference.

Try jogging, or taking a brisk walk a couple times a day. That alone will help loads.

regular diet and exercise. its not gonna be instant but honestly. its the healthiest way. if you get into the habit now you will always have that habit.

btw...that photo is airbrushed. not saying you couldn't look like that. just be realistic about what you see in magazines.

Is it healthy to have more than 1 bowl of cereal a day?

I eat cereals like Fruity Bites, Special K, and those mixed grainy ones...
Answers: One bowl of a good nutricious cereal a day should be enough.
Hi, I just got back from a weight control place you can find on http://www.fitnesscamps.net/ that answered your question. They said that the most common dinner for single men between 25 and 35 in north america was cereal. Seeing as how i fit the profile, i was rather startled on how they knew that i was one of these guys. Fortunately for you, you're actually eating decent cereals, not captain crunch, cinnamon toast crunch, or fruit loops! LOL, however, the point is, that the nutritionist told me that if you eat too much cereal, you're getting too many carbs, so therefore you should think about eating more protein and more fiber. It seems that the more fiber you eat, the better absorbtion your body get from the food in that your blood sugar doesn't spike. This is good if you're scared of getting diabetes. So I would say change some cereal for some real leaffy salads, fruits and veggies, and some nice chicken breast w/o skin never hurt anybody, I do sushi a lot as well, but without digressing too much, it sounds like the cereals you're eating aren't too bad, but they're still cereals, and those kinds of carbs (the nonfiber kind) basically turned into sugar because they have a very loose or weak molecular bond), so not good for you. Also, you're probably having the cereal with milk which much to my surprise from my weightlifting days has some protein benefits, but not as much as i thought. It's too liquidy or diluted. Cottage cheese is always a good alternative for me, it's my breakfast protein most days. Hope this helps! Good luck.

Well of course it is according to exactly what you ate. Since your skin is breaking out I presume you have a lot of stress in your life. Try doing something that relieves stress, drink lots of water and get back on your diet. Good luck!

I have recently noticed stretch marks on my calves. is there a way to get rid off them?

Stretch marks never go away.. luckily stretch marks on your arms and legs seem to fade away a lot better than stretch marks from babies or on boobs :) Lots of people have had good luck with Mederma for lessening stretch marks.

I am an regular weight looser, who never bothers much of weight. Just follow these steps to loose further
1. Take only veg soup whole day (any amount for one month)
2. Walk at least 3 kms every day for 20 days .
3. Stop sugar+rice for 20 days.

Everything has so many calories...?

I mean, am I going to seriously have to STARVE myself to lose weight?

I cannot even eat half a tin of baked beans because they have like 200~ Calories in them! And I only do 1 hour of Cardio workout per day, not enough to burn off the calories that I take in all day simply because everything has so many calories in...

Even the "healthy" foods!

So, I guess I need to starve myself, somewhat...
Answers: not everything has loads of calories, you probably just have the wrong foods
i can make an omelette with 65 cals
salad - lettuce - cucumber - tomatoes have hardly any calories
egg white - 17 cals
15 grapes - 30 cals
a plum - 30 cals
activia yogurt - 70 cals
some soups have 100 calories and thats for a whole can
but i know what you mean, its irritating, all the nice foods are off limits, how i miss chocolate & chips....!
200 calories is NOT a lot. Some foods have hundreds, almost a thousand in just one serving. Your body needs at least some calories to live and work.

Answers: you should always take it with carbs and lots of water usaly before a meal. if you are taking it for sporting reasions you should take a small amount before the event also.

you can go to fitday (it's free) and track your intake, but you are the one who sets your nutrition goals. it will tell you if you are getting sufficient nutrients and where most of your calories are coming from.

Every person's metabolism is different.
Personally, I can eat as much fat as I want, but have to stay away from carbs, especially at night. Many women are like this.
Sugar is carbs by the way.

If weight loss is the issue then what matters is calories taken vs. calories burned.

Fats have more calories than carbs or protein (sugar is a carb) so they need to be controlled carefully (but not eliminated). The key is to get the most bang for your buck nutritionwise within the allotted amount of calories you are allowed. So sugary sodas have no nutritional value for the calories you take in but a piece of fruit may have sugar but lots of nutrients for the calories you consume. Olive oil is a better nutritional choice for your fat calories than the fat on a piece of steak. So it's about calories and making food choices so you get the most nutrient value out of the calories you consume.

Answers: It sounds like you are absolutely perfect. Those are the measurements every woman wishes for. She's 5"10 idance, of course she could be that thin.
Are you really athletic or something, because I'd expect someone at your height with those measurements to weigh at least 20lb less than you do.

If you think you need to lose some weight, you have issues.
