What low butter savoury foods can I snack on as I'm trying to lose a bit of solidity ? If you hold a sweet tooth you can own fruit, low corpulent yoghurts, biccies etc. If you similar to savoury close to me adjectives that I've found is snack a jacks, low plump crisps etc. Anyone own any other philosophy ?? I close to to drink these when I'm craving "junk" but don't want to chomp through something too unwell.
Quaker cheddar rice cake are really dutiful, Soy crisps are apposite too, I similar to the BBQ or the Cheddar of those too.
