When I do 20 more minutes of walking at dark, I guzzle a wheat bread sandwich at darkness or some runny fruit, close to cantaloupe or melons. I be losing 3-5 lbs a week, seriously. After 2 1/2 yrs I’m presently 158 lbs, but next to more food & more multiplicity (looove chocolates & rime cream). Although if you start as beefy already, here is not much difference within the road you look if it’s singular a few weeks of working out & watching what you drink. Give it just about 3 months.
