Hi, it sounds similar to you are doing the wrong giving of exercises. try doing a few more that focus on your tum nouns and smaller number on the legs. I have a similar problem, did the above and it worked great.
I am the worlds biggest chocoholic and I am really struggling not to dispense into my sweet tooth. My diet have other be really awful so it have be a big cash for me. I approaching to get through bread and pasta too, but I enjoy switched the brands I use to the 'diet' ranges. They cost a bit more but it ability I can still indulge but say my substance and still lose the excess.

I don't exercise the agency I should, especially since I'm 19 weeks pregnant. okay this is what i munch through almost everyday at one and the same time.if i surface hungry when i nwake up i get through a banana, but if i dont i dont get through anything. (ariund 7:30 a.m.)
at around 11:00 a.m. i drink a banaba and low podgy chocolate milk.
at 3:30p.m. i munch through somewhat of what my mom make.
I shift to the gym from 5:30 to 7:15 almost everyday.
when i come stern home around 7:30, i put away 1-2 bowls of Total cereal.
This is what i munch through everyday. what do you estimate? I weigh 114,5"4 and am 14. am i corpulent? perchance it doesnt give the impression of being profusely, but I look SSOOO FAT!
