Answers: FACT: Without a proper diet, exercise, and WILL POWER you WILL NOT lose weight.
Diet pills are designed to ENHANCE your diet and exercise program by helping suppress appetite and/or slightly boosting your metabolism. No diet pill in the world has MAGICAL POWERS....
Everyone has TIME to diet, just cut back about 250 calories a day. That's all you have to do along with taking the Hydroxycut (I prefer MiracleBurn, it's awesome - you take it and eat, no waiting 30-60 minutes)....
As far as your exercise program goes, try breaking it down. It's a proven fact that it adds up. On average, walking 3 miles burns roughly 300 calories. Break that down has small as you have to, just get it done.
These are minor changes that if you can stick to, you will lose roughly 1 pound per week.
here's a fact. diet pills cause heart problems

Im Having Troubles Losing Weight... Tips?
im 16 and i weight 160 lbs im 5"2 or 3 and im having hard times cutting out my CRAVINGs and need some tips on how to lose weight at home and i have saw a health person but they didnt help they just told me my BMI and weight me. (we dont have a dietian in my town) How did u stop your cravings? and how many sit ups do you do? day or/and night? What kind of excersises do you do? I have DDR too(anyone lose weight doing DDR post tips!)Answers: I find that 2x 20 min BRISK walks at least 5 days a week helps a lot. I walk before work and after work (in your case it would be before and after school).
As for cravings... if your problem is sweet things, I completely understand. I have a serious sugar addiction and for the first few weeks of going cold turkey, you'll get A LOT of headaches. Just make sure these sweets/junk are not accessible to you. Eat as often as you can, but make all the eating HEALTHY (e.g. fruit & veg) and snack-size. This will speed up your metabolism.
Eat dinner EARLY, drink lots of water and keep up the protein (lean meats or if you're veggo like me, tofu & legumes) & iron (dark green veggies).
If you have a glass of water before meals, you will feel full after eating small portions.
If you want to email me, I'm happy to help you out or stick to a routine with you, for support. I lost 15-20 kg's last year and have managed to keep it of... I'm only 5" and am hoping to lose at least another 5 to have a healthy BMI.

Cravings are a natural part of any withdrawl process whether you are quitting eating certain types of food, engaging in drugs or quitting gambling. But like any cravings, they will eventually diminish as time progresses and you reduce your exposure to it. Food is no different. I used to eat fast food everyday and the thought of eating grilled items and salads when I was hungry seemed like an impossible task. I've eaten healthy for a significant time now and I no longer have cravings for those types of food. In fact, the idea of eating at McDonalds disgusts me because the food tastes so greasy whereas it used to taste normal to me back when I was eating fast food daily.
You just have to endure the withdrawl period and accept that you will have cravings. Just tell yourself they will eventually go away. Try to find other forms of stimulus to keep your mind not thinking about the cravings. Think of others things you like to do and do those to occupy your mind. Psychologically speaking, it takes about 3 weeks to break a habit so think of it like 3 weeks of healthy eating bootcamp. You will notice your cravings will get smaller as time progresses and that will motivate you to eat healthy.
My advice is to get a friend or partner who will engage in this 3 week exercise of eating healthy. Just joke with that person that they can eat whatever they want after 3 weeks but to indulge you and join you in this for 3 weeks.
There are medications that you can take that will reduce cravings but they are derivatives of amphetamine so there are side effects with those drugs like tachycardia and lack of a sleep.
The other key to reducing cravings is to drink 2 glasses of water before each of your meals and to eat a salad first. Tell yourself you will do this and then you can eat whatever you want afterward. By the time you do this, you will feel pretty full and you won't have a desire to eat something loaded with grease and calories.
Also eat tiny meals more frequently to keep you glucose levels steady. That will prevent that insulin spike and thus reduce your craving to eat certain foods.
Your problem is to lose weight. The solution is to lessen your food. But that is not easy because of your cravings. And you can't control it once it's already there...
Avoid too much foods. That's it.
Talk to your doctor. Weight Watchers, or get a diabetics diet from your doctor.
Eat less. Measure your portions (what seems like a portion may actually be 2 or 3). Exercise every day - cardio and/or strength training. Even if it's just up and down a flight of stairs to get started.
When you get cravigngs eat something low fat - pickles, fruit, lettuce, celery.... they will become fewer and fewer. You just have to ride it out.
Try having 2 portions of fruit, one portion of vegetables, one portion of proteins and one portions of cereals for breakfast (e.g. 1 cup of strawberries, a small piece of bread with a small amount of cheese and 3/4 cup zucchini). At mid morning have more fruit and a yogurt. Have a big salad, some meat, chicken of fish with 1/3 cup of rice, couscous or potatoes for lunch. Have a small dinner with many vegetables. Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.
Try doing more exercise, walk more, climb the stairs, etc. it should help. If you have a dog, take a long walk every day, it will be good for you both.
People shouldnt be mean! The girl is trying...Heads up to ya!
I would get some sandwich bags, and make baggies of 100 calorie snacks. That way you dont have the bag it came in and eat it all. (Take it from me, it happens.)
If you like to dance, thats a great way to lose weight. Dance for 30 minutes a day.
If you drive, or if not....park away from the doors so you have to walk farther. It helps to. If your dropped off, do the same.
I wish you luck. I to am on my weight loss journey.
Eat less, burn off more. Go for walks, long walks. Work up a sweat. Don't emotional eat, i.e. eat when you're sad, angry, agitated. Not good. Eat portioned foods, exercise to burn it off. Takes time, like several weeks to months. No diet pill works. They give you health problems and take your money. Don't starve yourself or puke up food, you won't lose any weight that way, anyway. You'll just be bloated in the hands, feet and face.
Just be smart about it. Practice common sense at all times.
Good luck.
it really is that simple eat less junk move more really ........
hmmm cravings there is a vit that helps forgot the name ask in GNC they know.....
and go to the gym and get a personal trainer they help a lot i see one twice a week......
A good apetite is hard to control. But we must face it that it is really a neccesity to cut down on foods rich in carbohydrates and fats. Deep fried foods are the worst. Eat steamed or boiled food and raw vegetables. Cut down on the salad dressing. Cut down or avoid sweetened drinks as well.
Daily excercise is necessary to lose weight healthily and to prevent flabs while you are dieting.
Losing weight is basic: you need to eat less calories than you burn. That's the bottom line - then it's getting to it. Losing weight too quickly, by stopping eating and overexercising or doing an extreme quickie diet, is not good. You'll stop and it'll all come back - I promise.
Start looking at your food choices. If you eat junk, you know where the weight comes from. Sorry, it's true. Try substitions, it's the fastest way of working with your cravings. Realize if you want sweet or salty and then substitute something healthy. For example, sweets...instead of ice cream, try a low/no fat yogurt (try a thicker kind) with sweetner (sugar free). Or make a fruit salad and sprinkle some splenda on it for more "sugary" taste - even add some dream whip or no fat cool whip - not a LOT, a tablespoon. If you like veggies, you can make nice dips with salad dressing mixes (go for low/no fat) and instead of mayo or sour cream substitue Kraft Fat Free Mayo or plain nonsweetened fat free yogurt. It seriously works. You get the drift.
I know everyone tells you to drink more. You should. In itself, it does make you lose weight but it can help. Drink low/no calorie sugar free beverages: Crystal Light, tea, coffee, water. Note: Starbucks etc. is not going to help at 400 calories a pop! The more you do this, the more you'll get used to it and build great habits to make it a snap in the future. Also, tip: drink a glass of crystal light or water before each meal...it'll make you feel full faster so you'll eat less.
And give yourself a break. Indulge in a cheat day once a week so you don't feel deprived. Eat as healthy and low fat/sugar as possible during the week. On your cheat day, don't overdo it and gorge yourself. But have the burger and fries that day. Have fish, lean chicken, etc with veggies the rest of the week.
It's also important - and the quickest way - to move around. If you want to exercise, that's great. Go to the gym, do work out tapes, etc. Or just try to walk/move around more - go for a 30 min walk if you can - after dinner for example. Incorporate it into your daily life - if you only need to go up one or two floors, use the stairs instead of the elevator if you can. Even take a dance class (with friends maybe) if you can find it in your town...it's a fun way to move without feeling like you are "working out."
Every single calorie counts to getting you feeling great.
Good luck.
I was overweight most of my life until about 2yrs ago when I started to loose weight. I decided that I wasn't going to "diet" but that I was going to change my eating habits and make an honest attempt to exercise.
I started having smaller portions of what I wanted to eat instead of eating until I couldn't breathe. Then I decided to eat lots of small meals/snacks throughout the day instead of 3 big meals (I also try NEVER to skip breakfast even though I hate it). I also try not to eat after 8pm but there are some days when that just can't be helped. When those days come up, I eat yogurt, a popsicle, grapes or something with low carbs and sugar to fulfill my craving (starving yourself is the worst thing you could do because eventually you will cave in and overeat. Just remember that if that does happen, don't beat yourself up over it. Learn from it, try to figure out what caused it, and then get back on the wagon). Oh, also, I don't eat fast food, beef or pork. I'm not saying to cut out meat but watch your intake and food choices when dining out. Remember: you can always take some home. Try to save half of your food right away when eating out by asking for a doggie bag. This will keep you from eating it all in one sitting.
When it comes to exercise, you have to do it. I started out going to the gym 5-6 days a week when I first made up my mind to get healthy but only because I could get a gym membership for less money! You need a goal, something to look forward to. Without that, you won't accomplish much. I always try to focus on going to the gym or exercising often rather than staying forever when I do go.
These are just some of the tips I can give you. Oh, I am a bit of an introvert so I didn't use anyone but often, a buddy is a good way to go. Someone else will keep you motivated and eager to work out.
Good luck and remember that one bad day doesn't mean you blew it...get right back on that horse and keep riding! :)
Heey gurl whats up ?;p three words: '' 3 HOUR DIET'' its amazing on how you cut those cravings forever and lose weight without feeling hungry! a simple concept : eat every 3 hours.. sounds too good to be true right ?;p but thats not it its really based on when u eat and u should eat EXACTLY every 3 hours and breakfast should be 1 hr after waking exactly .. because you're breaking your fast and u need 2 feed ur body ! if u dont your body goes into '' starvation protection mechanism '' its like ur body thinks that ur going to starve your self and burns your precious mucsel and holds on every bit of your fat !! frustrating.. i know so the plan is :
6:00 wake up
7:00 BF should be 400 cals.
10:00 SNACK 100 cals
1:00 LUNCH 400 cals
4:00 SNACK 100 cals
7:00 DINNER 400 cals
after dinner .. 50 calorie treat ! YES treat yourself for your day effort :) and you'll lose 1-2 pounds of FAT a week. you'll only need probably 15 minutes a day of exercise, dance or clean your room or walk or whatever. if u need more info I'll be here (i hope)

Are there any safe appetite suppressants on the market?
Nothing that cranks you on caffiene or strange herbs and makes your heart pound out of control?Answers: the only problem with appetite suppressants is that if you ever stop taking them you will gain weight quickly back (and probably even gain more than you had before!). losing weight with suppressants isn't a long term weight loss plan. so unless you plan on taking them for a long time (and THAT would be bad for you no matter how natural the pills are), don't take them at all
My doctor prescribed a three month treatment for me. It worked very well, and I lost 10lbs a month with it. I believe the generic name was "tenuate". Its not covered by insurance, and the 3 day supply cost about 40.00. Talk to your doc, it worked for me.
Is This a good weight loss plan?
Okay if I dance for about 30 minutes - 60 minutes a day, and eat healthy meals with little or no calories, then do crunches later on in the day, and probably dance some more (because I love dancing) plus my normal walking around the house, and to places and such, how much weight will I lose in the first 2 weeks?Answers: Weight loss is really quite simple; there are only two things you need do to reach your goals:
1. Restrict daily calories to 1600 calories per day. By increasing the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat, you will be able to keep your intake at this level without feeling hungry or uncomfortable.
2. Exercise for one hour a day, every single day. It can be anything from pilates to just plain walking, but do it. One hour. Every day.
This is a pretty simple recipe for weight loss, but it works. It has worked for me; I have lost 62 pounds this way. It will work for you if you commit to it and stick to it.
Good luck!
You must eat calories! Eat 1200-1500 a day! I would also suggest running, to go w/ your dancing. Good luck, don't starve yourself.

Can I Take Insulin Pills To Gain Weight?
i am 15 ,around 115 lbsAND I'M A GUY!!
i'm ethiopian with a high metabolism
can i take a safe amount of insulin pills to gain weight?
no stupid answers ppl
like "wait till your older,or,"love yourself"
i would like answers from ppl who have took insulin
Answers: In rare instances, insulin may cause you to experience breathing or swallowing problems. If this occurs, you may be having a potentially life-threatening allergic reaction called anaphylaxis. This is a medical emergency — call 911 or go to an emergency room immediately. I'd follow different ways to gain weight.
Eat enough protein balanced with the right amout of carbohydrates and natural healthy fats and you will gain, hopefully
.
hi!
it is NOT safe to take insulin in order to increase your weight as it has potentially detrimental side effects which could occur.
if you really want to gain weight then just increase your calorie intake by a 100-200 or so calories daily until you reach your desired weight.
but before you try anything, calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index) which is a pretty good indicator of what your ideal weight should be according to your height...you can calculate it by weight (in kg) divided by height (in metres) squared. normal is 20-25. below that is slightly underweight. above 25 (to 30) is overweight. and anything above 30 is obese.
so obviously you will want to be within the 20-25 range.
also you can try exercises which will build your muscles up which is what you want (not to increase your weight in fat).
hope this helped.
