i purely ate a big bowl of honey bunches of oats and i touch horrible.. :/



&&&&& beside those cereal what is the most healthiest cereal i can buy at any flea market and can get through twice a afternoon to loose cargo..the one beside the lowest calories/fat/carbs/everything!... is nutritious?...

KASHI CEREALS r the best!! and most nutricious w/o additives and enrich flours.
Try them w/ soy milk instead of cows milk.

HBoO is crap!! If u have to choose in good health particular brands devour :shredded wheat to flood up on fiber.And cheerios r the best for u too! Do not devour granola stuff because they r giant within sugar though they "sound" vigorous!
Eating a bowl of cereal is great to counter sugar cravings or snack time..surrounded by lieu of chips etc...
Go to the grocery store and look at the boxes.

I wouldn't stick to a short time ago one manner of cereal. Maybe rotate between the improved ones.

caloriewise, honey bunches have twice as much as special K.
i devour seriously of fiber plus cereal. as unappetizing as the autograph sounds, it's correct for you and have roughly speaking 14 grams of fiber per partially cup. include somewhat splenda and fresh fruit and it's surprisingly dutiful and incredibly innards because of the fiber content.
