Crackers..how impossible?
How doomed to failure are cream crackers? approaching the jacobs feathery ones, it say theres lone 31 calories per biscuit but i am trying to loose counterbalance and dont want to be intake them if the reality they are carbs will not lend a hand...anyone suggest anything excluding hose than is really moral for you and help near freight loss?gratefulness x

it depends if u r on calories count, or low cooking oil, as they still enjoy grease surrounded by them, but if on low cal diet they r just what the doctor ordered depending on what u put on them, humous or salsa is lowest and well again. Good luck i am on 1 too.
