You should get through 2-3 oz of a lean protien at every dinnertime. You should get through 1/2 cup of carbs (rice, oatmeal, potato, squash, etc.) at breakfast, lunch and dinner. You should drink 1/4 cup of fruit, no sugar added, at your midmorning snack, afternoon snack and evening snack. You also stipulation to enjoy a minimum of 60 minutes of cardio everyday. You can tramp, swim, foxtrot, etc. Anything that get your heartrate into it's target variety and keep it in that for the hour.

Like everyone else is aphorism, it's impossible to loose alot of cargo within lone 2 weeks. But DON'T starve urself. I consider u asked me what i did to loose 5lb contained by with the sole purpose 3 days. Well for some drive im not that hungry anymore.
