How can i ( a15 year old) loose 2 kilograms a week?
i am willing to turn vegetarianim 15yrs old and i weigh 85 and im 167 cm tall
and i dont want crappy dum answers coz this is serious!!
Answers: I think you are perfect.do't lose weight. But if you really want to do it, just eat 1200 calories a day, exercise 1 hour daily and reduce carbs.eat 6 small portions and never come back for the second.
good luck
well first of all you need to look up some medical sites to find out if you your weight is in the normal range for someone your height, otherwise you don't need to lose weight, you don't need to turn vegetarian,
weight loss is simply burning more calaroies than what you eat, so you need to do some math , add up calaroies you burn each day and eat less than this figure
simple as that, may take more than a week though

When out walking, do fat people carry a bottle of water because they think it makes them look slim?
Answers: totally agree as if a fat person will look automatically slimmer carrying a bottle of water in their dreams or perhaps its because they have been jogging etc so they need to rehydrate
i am so fed up ppl asking question about larger ppl as if they were a different race!!
if you would ask the same questions but instead of fat you would say black it would became a whole big issue!!
leave big ppl alone
The govt has declared war on the overweight, they are now officialy the new smokers
They carry water bottles to show they are making the effort
What a stupid question!
We should all be carrying water with us and drinking a heck of lot more of it. Just because someone is overweight doesn't make them any different. I would say that they are probably making an effort to be healthy so do not condemn anyone without knowing more about the individual. You never kow what pain and sacrifices a person is going through and we should never never make judgements about others.
GRRRRRRR!
i don't know
but did you ask this question to make yourself fell better by putting fatter people down?
i think this is the question you need to ask yourself
I'm sure for some
I know some fat people who carry around water because they just like drinking water.
You're a ******* dick you know that?
Do you think ALL fat people carry water while walking? Wrong! You prejudice piece of ****! Some may to look slim, most do to rehydrate as said numerous amount of time, some don't carry one at all.
Hell, you may as well be saying "Do black people sag to make their dicks look bigger," even though not all do and other 'races' do too.
And to clarify before you or someone else's dumb-*** says, yes, saying something about a fat person is considered prejudice just as a race, sexuality, or even a type of music someone likes, yeah music somehow music fits into that category.
u know for 18 years i have battled anorexia, finally finding strength to admit it,but before that i was a biggggggggggg girl and ur just rude! Have some sense, alot of ppl carry water not just large.Stop it!! how rue can u be?
Does asking questions like this drop ur IQ? durrrrrr bet it does
no I dont think they are that deluded. :)
on the contrary I think you are more likely to see thin people with water?
Hmm, I don't know about that but I always find it amusing when you see a fat person with a bottle of diet coke or diet anything along with something incredibly unhealthy (eg burger and fries)
Do you use Coconut Oil to maintain or loose your weight? Does it work for you?
Answers: Greetings. I use coconut oil to deep fry with. am addicted to fish coated with London beer batter and potato fries. with coconut oil you do not get the added calories of frying in oils like fat or digestible oils. Get no fat absorbsion into the food with coconut oil and get no trouble digesting the food fried in it. Plus no side effects like using Canola or Rape seed oil can cause. And coconut oil does not turn rancid as lard does. And is digestible to boot. I keep my weight using it. You can get it in 5 gallon containers at the better health food stores. that is enough for a really long time.
its good for hair doesn't help u to loose weight
Is this a good breakfast?
Or is it too much keeping in mind I am trying to lose weight.1 cup of OJ
1 cup of low fat milk
1 cup of spirulina
1 bowl of natural porridge
Answers: A good old Pommie fry up is the best breakfast.
Forgive our probable culture clash but what is spirulina?
Add some fresh fruit and drop the OJ for a glass of water in my opinion. Unless it's juice you have made straight from oranges yourself.
yup if you want to be going to the toilet a lot in the morning,
porridge, juice should do it while i 'm off to have full english
Losing weight aid.?
I am - obese. I don't look it, but I'm 5'2", and weigh 210 pounds. My body type - lucky for me, sets all my gained fats to my hips mostly, my back end, and my thighs. Which makes it pretty easy to conceal, and the likely reason it hasn't really daunted me.I love... love food. I mean. If I could eat without guilt, when I wasn't hungry - I would do it. Flavors just amaze me.
But here's my problem:
Diabetes runs in my family. And of late I've become really subconscious about the way I look; I would kill to be in shape like some of the other dancers in the class I take. It's not even about being skinny, it's about being lean, healthy, and in shape.
But my motivation always seems to fall short. I don't have anyone willing to partner with me, and I'd rather bang my head into a wall for a few hours then go out running. I also have a low-income of money, and most of it goes to my college classes. Meaning that I tend to buy things like top ramen, or frozen chicken. But I really need help.
Answers: Short of becoming a drug addict or undergoing a course of Chemotherapy there are very few easy ways to lose weight. We live in a world where we don't have to be dedicated and expect instant gratification. Yes it is hard to stick to a diet and no exercise isn't most people's favourite thing. However if you want to live a healthy life you need to get real with yourself.
Visit a doctor, dietitician, gym trainer for a professional opinion and keep searching until you find ones that understand YOU or search the internet like crazy.
Put together a program and a diet that is one YOU can stick do. Doing what others do may not work. Never limit yourself to food you know you can't stick to. Give yourself one day 'off' eating properly and exercising a week. I used to bribe myself by keeping track of my exercise and once I had achieved a certain amount a week I would reward myself (NOT with food) with new clothes or a movie.
Lots of bigger people look at thinner ones and think they are lucky (and other names I won't put here) but take it from a thinner girl I work my butt off (no pun intended) and don't eat everything I want. That isn't to say I don't enjoy life. You will start to enjoy or at least acknowledge the benefits of exercise and healthy lifestyle after a while. I have diabetes in my family too and that is what motivates me to stay healthy. It is not a nice disease.
Good Luck I wish you all the best. And stay strong you can do it!
meth.
lots and lots of meth.
jk.
Find out how many calories you burn daily. Then, limit yourself to x amount of calories per day and try to burn atleast half the calories you ate. It's really easy once you get going.
You aren't obese. You are morbidly obese, and if you dont' think you look it at 5-2 and 210, you've got another think coming.
Now, your spelling is bad, which changes the meaning of your last paragraph- you say you would rather bang your head into a wall for a few hours "then" (a sequential then) go running. So if you want to do one first and "then" the other, why not just cut out the head banging, and go running alone?
There is no easy answer. Diet and exercise really are the way you do it, no way around it. You can make little changes so that it doesn't seem so drastic. Brown rice instead of ramen noodles. Make a stir fry with it. Walking instead of running (it's more fun if you do it through a mall, hint hint, especially if you have no money on you so you can't get 'accidentally' into debt). Swimming. Taking stairs instead of the elevator. Limiting television so you're forced to move around more just in finding something else to do..
If diabetes runs in your family then you have cause for concern. It would be wiser to tackle your nutritional challenges now, when it's optional, then wait until your health is jeopardized to change. Diabetes can be prevented, but not cured.
The smartest thing you can do is go to your doctor, and ask for a referral to a nutritionist. They can teach you how to cook healthily on a budget and how to incorporate exercise into your daily life.
The diabetes should be your #1 motivating factor, G/F!
It's not just the sticks and checks of your sugar daily, but the damage it does to your internal organs that you can't feel.....your eyes, your kidneys, etc. YOUR veins in your feet and legs, called diabetic neuropathy which is painful and not reversible! Once you have it....you just have to deal with it. Get on craigslist and put in your city and find a partner to work out with. I find lots of tings on craigslist.....just like any place else, be careful when meeting people.
Losing weight and exercising is often more fun when done as a team or at least to begin with. Good luck!
Not exactly sure what your question is hun, but a trainer may be able to help you. I offer reduced rates for clients who will be with me for a long term basis.
Find something you like to do where motivation (or lack of) won't be a factor.
let me know if you can define your question some more, maybe I can help you with a plan or a guideline
Hi there Jessica, I have to say I identify very much with what you're talking about. I have had a similar experience and similar goals and I did something pretty drastic. I went to a weight loss camp like the ones on http://www.fitnesscamps.net/ and it's something i never looked back on. I see that you have limited income, but this is something you don't want to mess with. The best thing about the program i did, which may not be right for you so check out several ones, was that I learned a whole bunch about nutrition, and how to enjoy food, which i absolutely do. Don't forget about textures as well as flavors! hehe, but i learned how to make really healthy foods that i could basically eat a whole bunch of because it was so low cal. The lessons i learned have lasted a lot more than the time i spent there at the camp. I hope this advice helps you, and that you at least consider this option. It can be pricey, but you know what it's like to have diabetes and it isn't pretty or hope inspiring. so Good Luck on your quest, and it's great you're thinking about doing something!
Anybody up for a early morning run?
Answers: sure, as long as you carry me =) lol!
Nah...pregnant...I'd only slow ya down, sorry!
Diet and excersice help?
need help! i am 21 years old height is 5'4 and weight 222 lbs. i have been trying a diet but im not sure if its a healthy one. i eat 5 times a day, morning consists of 4 boiled eggs, whites only, slice of ham, fresh fruit, and orange juice, three hours later i have a snack, usually an apple, three hours later i have lunch, grilled chicken breast, brown rice and steamed veggies, three hours later i have another snack <fruit> three hours later i have dinner whch is usually chickn or fish grilled, rice and veggies. i only drink water. i ont eat any kind of breads, salt, sugar,or oils. and on sundays i eatwhatever i want in small portions. im not quite sure what kind of excersice i needAnswers: Your Diet is good. Also, diets higher in fiber can help. Beans, legumes, etc.
Exercise: Try jogging as much as you can at first. Work up to 20-30 minutes a day or every other. Believe it or not, weight training is even better at burning calories over time. Try to work that into spare time of your day. Exercise will burn the calories you need. Always try to find the time- when it is elevator or stairs, take the stairs. When you can find the time to do something extra that makes you work, do it.
Drink green tea, it helps speed your metabolism. I've heard apple cider vinegar in small amounts helps. Have small amounts of caffeine, cause it helps as well. The key is to know your goal, and then exercise when you can. Good luck!
You are deinitely not eating too much. That diet is fine. No doubt in my mind. What is important is to exercise more.
i think your eating too much.
as for the excersize do an hour everyday of cardio
first of all stop takin sugar content food.Eat more vegetables and reduce takin meat. Before eating rice or lunch eat lots of fruits before.this will reduce the intake of food at the same time you ll b healthy with fruits.Go for regular exercise like walkin, cycling.Early in the mornin do about 20 sit ups.Lie down try to raise ur head only..(this will concentrate on abs.Purchase one skippin rope.start it slowly and day by day increase the set..
Your diet is great man, very healthy and low-cal. Alot of protein, fruits & veg.s, with a 1 day break, perfect. You might want to switch out the chicken for tuna (in oil) or turkey meat sometimes just so you don't get burnt out on chicken. And you should start cooking with extra virgin olive oil. It's really high in Omega 3s & 6s, lowers cholesterol and even helps burn fat. Also try to start drinking green or white tea. They help in weight loss and are very high in antioxidents. Drinking warm water as opposed to cold water accually helps you lose weight also.
As far as exercise, do aerobic activities like jogging, swimming, rollerblading to raise metabolism and burn fat. If you're not sweating, you're not making much progress. If you want to work out, make sure you use medium to light weight, and high reps (high weight/low reps will build muscle but not burn fat and just make you look bulky). Keep track of ur progress. When you start seeing changes, it'll really motivate you to work harder.
Add exercise to your diet and you'll be thin and toned in no time. Just don't give up.
Good luck.
How do i become skinnier??
i already eat fairly healthily but if i walk for around 30mins a day and do lots of squats/situps would i become thinner or would i have to do heaps of running??also if you just build muscel does that replace the fat or do you have to lose fat before building muscel??
Answers: The trick in losing weight is EXCERCISE but also eating LESS. Still eat heatlhy but because exercise increases your metabolism, it also creates a bigger appetite. You need to exercise properly while at the same time, gradually consume less of what you eat. This is the most PROPER way in becoming skinner.
It's entirely different approach when you want to turn that fat into muscle. Again, exercise is important. Certain fat cells cannot be replaced with muscle and therefore you need to exercise and burn it off. This is mostly common in the gut area. You cannot just do "crunches" hoping to lose the fat off there. Instead, you need to excercise AND do crunches in order to make yourself more leaner, thinner, or stronger.
Also. To reduce how much food you intake, try "snacking" throughout the day. Instead of 3 set meals, try 6. I know that sounds strange but scientifically speaking, it's supposed to work. Your body doesn't crave for the next meal when you snack and when I mean snack, I don't mean an actual full meal.

It's important to not only eat health but proper portions. Exercising regularly helps to create more muscle mass. The muscle will then not only replace the fat but eat away at it some too as you work it.
Sry, walking's not gonna do it. If you really want to loose weight you have to sweat. Go jogging or rollerblading.
Muscle dosn't acually replace fat, and you can build muscle without having to loose fat (ie squats). You burn fat for energy by doing high intensity aerobic activity.
Diet is the other part of losing weight. Switch all ur foods/drinks to non-fat, low-fat, skim, diet, lite etc.
If you already eat healthily and add extra exercise then yes you will lose weight because you are burning more calories per day than what you are at the moment. I have known a lot of mothers who have gotten back to their prepregnancy shape (some having to lose approx 20-30 kilograms) without changing their diets because they were already healthy and simply taking a brisk walk every morning for 40 min.
What would be considered 'fat' for a 14-year-old female?
[Currently, I'm 5'0 and 100~102lbs?]Not by weight only, but how my body would look if I'm fat?
What could I do to become skinnier, or lighter?
I'm just curious, haha.
Answers: The question is not patheic like some may say. Your body weight, though, seems to be about average. If you go any skinnier, you will look anerexic for your height.
What I would do is just to keep my body weight now. Limit what you eat, like carbs and proteins. If you limit your proteins like meats, you will stay skinny. =)
You're not fat.
Im 13, I weigh 136 lbs, and im 5'2... how much shud I loose so wont b fat?
Answers: I think for your age and height 120 lbs is about average. If you're really concerned about your weight try some exercises you can do at home in your free time like sit ups.
somewhere in between 105-120 sounds healthy and nice.
dont go overboard and do it in a healthy and healthy way only!
110 is ur ideal weigh...
