Is the full moon diet really helpful?
It is supposed that the full moon helps overweight people to loose weight drinking only liquids, fruit juices and teas for 24 hours.Answers: the best way to lose some weight is to stop drinking sodas.. even diet ones.. just drink only water and milk for two weeks and trust me you will notice a difference.
ive never heard of this full moon diet..
In this myth of a full moon being able to do this. Are you suppose to be outside while drinking liquids and howling at the moon? Or is this diet in regards to the mooning of your fullness to others while they walk by
I can't touch my toes. What exercises will help me touch my toes?
I cannot strecth to well. I have 8 weeks to achieve my goal of touching my toes. What exercises will help me achieve my goal.Answers: If you stretch and try to touch your toes every day, preferably morning and night, you will be able to do it way before 8 weeks.
Hold the stretch for 5-10 slow breaths. Repeat 5 times.

I use to never be able to touch my toes...
I just kept doing the touch the toes while standing stretch and Now I can! It helped! Just keep doing it, and see if it works!

lol i stretch everyday and i can not only touch my toas i can put my palms on th ground! i can do the splits i can kick so high over my head its almost as high as reaching with my arms! BUT do you think i could always do that? no of course not, at 19 (now) i am more flexible than when i was 8!
you just have to stretch every day go down to touch your toes push yourself! hodl it for a minute oractice splits stretch your whoel body! but exersize first go for a short jog and warm up your muscles... never stretch when your muscles are cold
For one, you can push yourself with the toe touches daily - this will increase your flexibility. Also you try to touch your toes while sitting on the floor (and not just standing).
Also, Yoga can help

If you sit on the floor and spread you legs in a V and lean first toward one leg striving to touch your toes, then straighten, then lean toward the toes, do this 10x on each side. Do it a couple times a day. You will get closer and closer and you stretch these muscles. Be sure to push your stretches but don't push too much all at once so you don't pull a muscle.

Do fit/healthy people generally live longer ?? Or is there no such hard & fast rule ?
I am almost 40 & pretty fit & strong & look as if I am 32/33. Reason for that is that I have been exercising on a regular basis for a long time now & I also do Yoga. I am from India & I am male. But somewhere I have got this fear of longevity. Longevity has its related problems & it has increased in our country. My father is about 82 and is trying to keep fit even at this age but old age has its problems. I myself have no wish to live that long. Death is guaranteed but it does not come according to our wish. There is a thing in Hindu philosophy "Ichha Mrityu" which means death according to our own wish...but that's not possible in practical life..perhaps. Again if death comes from an accident that's a different issue.Answers: I don't think people necessarily live longer, they just live healthier lives. I am like you, I have no interest in living to be that old and I too have that same concern. The reason I feel this way is because one day in the gym this guy was jogging on the treadmill like he did every other day for years(very health person) and had a heart attack and died on the spot. He was in his 50's and it was a great shock to everyone.

as it is said that life and die are not in our hand, we are just like a artist on this earth we play our roles and go away. but we can try to live a healthy life with the help of exercise, yoga and good diet. we should think that wether we live 30 years or 80 years we will do regular excercise and this effort can make our life healthy.

Once you put the darn stuff on, it almost seems like it's been "crazy glued" on - Ha ha!
* Have you been to the doctor to have your blood tested?
Get it checked for Thyroid Imbalance, and your Cholesterol level while you're at it - you don't want to get yourself a heart-attack. Sometimes that's part of the problem.
If the case is your Thyroid, you can offer help to it by taking Kelp for a while. You can find it in the Vitamin Section of your Superstore or Health Food Store.
* Dandelion Tea - 3 cups a day, either straight, or sweetened with HONEY - no sugars. Sugar turns into fat.
Garlic cleans your arteries of cholestrol, and strengthens you in many ways, Plus it builds up your immune system.
* YOU NEED TO EXERCISE - WALK! Walk 1 hour a day, or 3 miles, - at least - No it's not scary - it can be fun. Swim, and OR Cycle.
* Watch what you put in that mouth of yours -
No Fried or Fatty foods, Lay off the sugars and sweets,
No more egg yolks - only the Egg Whites, (the yolks are full of cholesterol and fats),
No Donuts or stuff that has egg yolks in it,
NO WHITE BREAD, "The Whiter the Bread the Sooner you're Dead"
Cheeze? It's good for calcium but not for cholestrol so you might want to stick with fish or Calcium tablets.
* A bowl of Cooked Oatmeal every morning, with Flax Seeds sprinkled on it is good for the heart and other things, and it gives you a better filled up feeling to carry you through the day.
If you have to spread your bread with something, use Peanut Butter - but only the "JUST Peanuts" or "Peanuts Only." Not that other junk. It tastes good but it's NOT good FOR you because of the stuff they put in it. Or you could use "Almonds Only" butter - (it's more expensive than "Peanuts Only."
You'll find that the Peanut Oil sits on the top of the jar when you first bring it home - simple solution is - make sure lid is properly screwed on, then turn the jar upside down and leave it for a few hours.
The oil makes it's way to "The TOP" thus "self-stirring" when you turn over the jar to use the peanut butter, it will be ready to spread.
* Eat more Fish, Chicken, Fruits and Vegetables.
Red meats will take you down so don't go there.
* Do Not allow yourself any cheating until you've dropped almost all the desired weight - and than "cheat easy", Do Not go overboard or you'll be SO SORRY!
* Read your labels when you go shopping. I never used to, but I do now.
Remember - Movement Creates Strength -
* Never lose sight of your goals, and Common Sense.
Do the right things and you'll be fine - It requires discipline on your part though.

first you will need a knife & a vacuum cleaner and some tape.. saftey glue could work 2.
1) take the knife and make an incision.
2) turn the vacuum cleaner on and suck all the fat out.
3) once the fat is sucked out, tape/or glue your skin back 2gether.
Don't give into the diet pills. They may produce results, but they are mostly gimmics, and their effects don't last.
What you need to do is adjust, and give your diet a whole new makeover. Eat better, smaller, and more frequent meals. Don't starve yourself, because it will only slow your metabolism and make you fat. Eat your suggested caloric intake. Your body burns calories naturally with your everyday activities. Add in some exercise, and maybe brisker walking, and you're on your way! In time (it's not an overnight miracle cream or anything!) you will become more lean, build more muscle, and essentially burn more calories in a day than you take in. It takes 3500 calories to burn a pound. I don't have the brain power at the moment to convert that into kilos for you! lol sorry. Basically, a better diet and exercise are always best. Maybe get out there and take a dance class, join a gym membership, or take on a new hobby! Might as well make it a fun, and rewarding experience for yourself. And way to go for being proactive!
i can do my best to help.
drink only water and skim milk, eat lots of greens, lay off the bread, soda, chips.. its much easier to maitain your weight then to lose it also you should keep your heart rate at 138bps for at least 15 minutes aday, with running or power walking ect. try training your self to not eat sweets or junk food. try this for 2 weeks and you will notice a difference.

To be overweight is a big problemt, extra fat aways invites the disease. so we shuold be aware about it, to lose weight running, swimming, abdominal and yoga are best exercise. I need Help with a new diet please?
I am not looking to loose weight or anything, i just would like a healthier diet. That is the most important meal of your ENTIRE day lol.. Eat several times aday.. Like 5-6 times.. Lots of fruit.. If your aim is to gain weight, go for pineapples and bananas xD eat lots of vegetables and exercise.. You wouldn't be gaining fat weight, you'd be gaining muscles weight.. Aerobics are fun, you can join a class with your friends or something =D

as a gold medalist in best physique i want to make u clear,
u always choose the diet with high calories than low calorie diets, u should take protien diet for muscle gain, for weight gaining u eat what ever u get..
NO PAIN NO GAIN
so if u want to gain weight as well as muscle as soon as possible u combine u r dieting with some physical exercise like gymnasium.
u follow SPLIT dieting, that is u have to eat 5 to 6 times a day
with the interval of 3 hours, it really worked for me,
if u want to go for supplement u go for creatine monohydrate and whey protien, it will be effective only if u do some exercise.
Here are a few suggestions......
Peanut butter is very healthy, and a great source of protein!
PB on celery sticks...
Fresh fruit or canned when you don't have any fresh is very good.....
Yogurt is great, and since you aren't trying to lose weight, you can enjoy regular yogurt or low fat....
You can make smoothies with yogurt and fresh fruit or yogurt with frozen fruit....they're delicious...and you almost can't go wrong with whatever fruit you put in there....
My husband loves ranch dressing on his salad but not bottled ranch, you can make it yourself with buttermilk, mayo and hidden valley ranch mix, its like the restaurants, so good...
If you like chicken, you can get frozen boneless skinless breasts and do so much with em...just thaw it and stick it in the oven at 400 degrees or so for 20 minutes...put some garlic powder or something on it...whatever seasonings you like before you cook it...when its done you can have it on top of a salad or make a chicken wrap with a tortilla thats really good with some lettuce and tomato...maybe a little of that ranch dressing?
Frozen or canned veggies can be put into a tupperware and cooked for a couple minutes in the microwave for a side dish...

Fat on my stomach?
umm, i have fat on my stomach and its sorta gross and well not stretch marks but flab i guess when i grow taller will it go away or stretch out or something? anyway to get rid of it. i am 14 years old so lip suction isnt a option,=(
Answers: just stay away from sugary foods and so some crunches...by the way having fat on your stomach is a good sign that your human. Almost everyone has it, those people you see on TV are a very small minority but do give proof that its possible to have a washboard stomach.

Has anyone tried the new diet pill called Alli?
I have researched the facts on this diet pill and it said that if you eat over a certain amount of fat grams per day then your body will produce some kind of oily residue discharge...sounds like another problem to go along with losing weight to me...its like you take the pill but god forbid you go beyond the fat grams or beware!! The things they come up with these days. When I watch t.v. it seems like every other commercial is a new advertisement for a new pill that they have out that is supposed to fix everything. What in the hell is this world coming to?Answers: Yes, tried it and I only had that happen after eating chinese food. They recommend that you balance your eating. A diet such as Weight Watchers should work well with Alli.

I think you should be happy with the way you were made. How many flat chested girls do you see wishing they could have an A cup someday. I think if you do get surgery you will regret it in the long run. If you want guys to stop staring I think you should dress conservative and cover up. Be happy with what you have surgery is serious so don't take it lightly. Take time to make your decision between doing it weigh the pros and cons.

What is the bike doing for me when exercising?
I'm riding the bike for 30 mins. a day what is it doing to help me, i started this week, i sweat a lot that about it.Answers: riding that bike is giving you carido excersise, get on the net and do some research on target heart rates, is really simple, find your target, heep it in the specified range for 20 to 30 min and youll be developing your cardio system, better breathing, weight loss, circulation, over all fitness will be achieved. i like to run but biking is indeed better, all the benifits of running , but with less wear and tare on your joints. keep it up, dont get bored, and have fun
Over time it helps your heart pump more blood per beat, making it more efficient. Your aerobic endurance improves as long as your at the proper intensity level.
Bodybuilding question: will I plateau with if I do this?
I currently have a workout that I do once every week and it seems to be working. but lets say I keep doing the exact same workout over and over and over but every week or two, I add a little more weight. will I still hit a plateau even though I'm adding more and more weight?Answers: If you add weight then you should not plateau like you would if you did the same exercise and never changed the weight.
The best way to do this is do 3X10 and when you can do the third set the second time add weight.
You should be straining to finish the third set.
It is good to change up the exercise sometimes to shock your system, if you do the same thing always your body gets specific training for only that work out.
How to lose weight in your face??
I excercise and all and the rest of my body is normalish im about size 8 or 6 (australian sizes i think im a zero in american??) but i feel my face is bloody fat. Especially i have flab like a double chin, like it doesnt hang down but i feel its there way more than it could be! Im sure its not natural because when i was young, about 9 or 10 or so it wasnt there..so i must be able to lose it! Ive been excercising and i tried that not eating for weeks on end and it might have helped a bit but im very immune system conscious and want to eat healthy! What excercises could i do to lose face weight? ANything changes in the diet?Answers: Avoid Cab... and water after 8pm. Do face exercises.

btw, the whole not eating thing isn't smart. no only is it bad psychologically but it actually means you go into starvation mode and your body holds onto every little thing (ie calories, fat, etc) because it has no idea when it will be fed again.
