Go cold turkey. catch the nicotine completely out of your system. I quit smoking for going on for a month and I go to look in my sister, she lit up a cig, so i asked her for a drag (just one) so she hand me the cig. I took one great big drag stale of it and inhaled so insightful.(i be making that one drag count) that i thought i be going to die!! My lungs burned!! i started coughing and choking, my eyes watered.
