How much calories should a 14 year ancient girl whos 135 pounds and 5"4 put away to stay in shape?
I want to loose some weight and i need some good ways to do it.
I know eatting 3 times a daytime is good
but eatting after 6 is bad.
Does anyone know great ways to eat thriving?
Answers: Eat three meals a day. Make sure they don't contain alot of calories or fat. Eating one or two "snack times" is okay too. Try drinking one of those Health bars with nuts, and maybe M&M's. Try to find to the gym or take a jog for at least 15 minutes 2 or three times a week. Don't over get through, and don't consume lots of sugars. Consuming water may get you to weigh more, But remember, the water will shift through you, the fat in the food WONT. Good luck to you :]

counting calories is so depressing...just don't munch through all the greasy food you would normally eat.. after a while you'll find that you won't close to greasy food as much as healthy food and it's a good/weird feeling when you actually crave lettuce.
also, spicy food is correct for your metabolism
Is it usual for lungs to hurt..
Exercise more, irregardless of what you eat. Find a daily routine you can stick with.I enjoy lost abundantly of bulk...?
