So I'm trying to get back to exercising and dieting before spring break, and I've be off and on bulimic for the past year which has made immensity loss hard... because I binge eat too. but it seems approaching as I try to address the problem more and overcome it, it just gets worse. so the past two weeks I own only gone to the gym like 3 times, burning like 2000 calories respectively time. but the rest of the days i have eaten like 4000 calories! and so I know ive gain weight i just dont know how much because i have no extent. i dont want to go to school tomorrow because my pants fit but i consistency fat if i wear a t-shirt so i have to wear a big sweatshirt. and i feel resembling everyone will notice im fat and im not going to make it through the daytime.
what do i do, im sitting here home alone and ive already eaten like 2500 calories today and i feel soooooo barmy at myself. i cant go to the gym because my mom had to use my car. i could do exercises at home but i touch so bloated and fat it just doesnt sound worth it.
HOW DO I STOP DOING THISSSSSSSSSSSSS. and how much shipment do you think ive possibly gained in yesteryear two weeks, i started at 120. i feel like 140 right now do you surmise i could have gained that much?
Answers: no way! you probably gain like 5 at the most and just get put money on into exercising and you'll be fine girl =)

The only way to stop this vicious Cycle of bingeing and purging, is to stop dieting. 2,500 calories wont make you gain counterweight especially b/c your burning off 2000.Is it possible to lose 2 stone..

i own the same problem as you girrrl.i eat way too much and excersise channel too little for all i eat. i eat until i cant possibly swallow a new thing without puking.. its disgusting but everyone feels disgusted next to their bodies at some point. i started at 115 and then since i quit track i feel like i gain a lot of weight but im afraid to find out! i gained so much weightiness in my stomach and i have no idea how. close to wth i look like im pregnant or something but im not. i dont know what to do either.
i really dont think you gain that much weight though. i think you might be eating seriously because you have nothing else to do and then when you quality like you gained weight you merely eat more so it just kind of spirals uncontrolled. thats what happens to me anyway. so i would say that next time you surface like eating just chew gum instead or put contained by a movie and just RESIST. its so hard i know haha i can only do it sometimes... sorry this is so longgg hope i help thoughh!! :]
p.s. burning 2000 calories at the gym is really impressive
no that's not possible 20lbs takes resembling 6months to gain if u eat 4000cals everyday for that 6months even longer for some pple...now what u could do is write down at breakfast what u will eat throughout the hours of daylight and eat no more no less keep it at a moderate 18OO-2200cals a year try eating less sugary and processed foods more like soaring protein foods like chicken tuna eggs nuts steaks lean hamburger kashi go lean cereal(highly reccomend) have oats sweet potatos yams full grain breads fats like olive grease peanut oil peanuts olives natural PB
avoid ice cream cookies cupcakes pizza etc
