How do you keep hold of yourself surrounded by shape?

even if you're not constantly sweating at the gym, you must have an area where you put contained by some effort...

share as much as you like, from eating traditions to workouts.
Answers:    Even though I eat some junk food when I come home, it's the only crap I consume. I don't devour snacks after dinner, or even late at night anymore.

I do exercise at least 2-3 times a week next to the machine we have in my vault. I walk a fair bit now surrounded by school because of the positioning of my classes.

I eat a good amount, and I engineer sure to pack my lunch with basic foods.

I'm a lazy personage to be honest :D. I just do exercising to keep myself, well, exercised!

Do what you want to hold yourself fit, eat healthier, and less cast-offs.

Dieting tipsssssss??

I can't afford to work out at a gym, so I do mine at home. I just got my new Jillian Michaels Dvd, deport fat boost metabolism that I love! I had been doing 30 sunshine shred since October, alternating with fat-burning pilates. I usually workout 5-7 days a week. Just this last saturday though since it was gorgeous out, I scrub my home from top to bottom, went on a bike ride with the hubby & daughter, and then run for a few miles. When its nice out I like to compliment my dvd's with a walk/jog.
As for my eating traditions, M-F is this:
Breakfast-apple & coffe
Lunch-Smart Ones/Lean Cuisine/Healthy Choice meal
Snack-orange
Dinner-whatever I cook at home, grilled chicken, whole wheat pasta, steamed/fresh veggies etc. I usually don't cook anything too terrible for anyone!
I also drink around 40 oz of water per day, plus green tea or chammomile tea.
On the weekend my diet isn't so strict, but I still exercise.

When working out my calves, is it..

I use the elliptical gadget 4-5 times a week.

No Soda pop.

I eat out NO MORE than once a week.

I always eat breakfast.

I drink at least possible 60 oz of water a day.

Do you burn more calories by taking..
