How can i lose cargo in a hurry?
Answers: It is not really healthy to loose weight fast.Your skin will not be capable of follow it and it wont follow the body line,it will hang down(especially at those areas that shrunk the most.
Here are some tips how to loose weight healthy(this method have results...my mom is a nutritionist and she recommends it to her patients,and after some time,they come back to her to thank her)
1.First of all you must work out how much you need to eat(calculate your daily needed amount of calories- if it is 2000,than if you want to loose weight run approx. 1700)and divide that by the number of meals
that you will have(i recommend 3 meals-breakfast,lunch,and dinner).
2.When you know how many calories your meal have to have,you are ready to start.
3.When you start to eat your stomach starts to digest.It is influential for about 20-30 min,it depends...Your key is to eat smaller quantity,not to not eat at all !
Have the first 2-3 bites,than stand up and go for a chalice of water...then have another bite,than stand up again..do something..have a word look trough your window...schedule that you eat that right amount of food(step 2.)
surrounded by those 20 min..make small breaks(as i have told before..travel for a glass of water...do something..these breaks shouldnt be longer than 5 minutes)...
that way you will chomp through the right amount of food that you will need,but you wont feel hungry.
after about week you should see the results..
