How can i lose cargo and catch abs and muscles at short time of year of time?

i have to lose some belly fat and get some abs and muscles..
i started not ingestion a lot since a week. i need some muscles and abs.. haha.. i can barely do one push up..how can i build some muscles and acquire abs. what kind of excersizes should i do every morning. plzz helpp thankss

So you read out you can only do one push-up? then do one push-up ten times.
Do squats, do push-ups, do sit-ups. I'd recommend reverse crunches instead of sit-ups, so check out proper technique on Youtube.com!
Do reverse rows. Lie on your back and clutch onto something and pull yourself up, if it's too hard then hold your feet on the ground.

Nothing comes surrounded by a short period of time - at least when it comes to losing weight and defining muscles. If you want to lose cargo, start by eating healthier foods that are smaller in portions, and more times per morning. When you eat, you are actually stimulating your metabolism which helps burn calories. Eat 5-6 small meal per day, containing fruits, veggies and proteins. Avoid saturated fats, processed sugars and unwanted items food.

As for the muscles, unfortunately you can't be ripped in just weeks. Especially if you hold fat to burn. Muscles need to be stimulated for weeks to see any results, especially if your muscles are being "hidden" by extra solidity. I would get to a gym, or do at least do 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise (running, bike riding, roller blading). You need to seize you heart rate up for at least 30 minutes a day, 4-5 times per week, if you are really serious about losing shipment and defining muscles.

There are no "quick fixes" in life, and freight and muscle definition are particularly not one of them. Give yourself the time and patience it's going to take to achieve results. How can I lose Thigh and Butt..

Ok this is going to a hard one. First is very difficult to lose FAT not weight efficient. When you running and do too much aerobics you lose, some muscle, with water loss and some fat. The best article i can tell you to do is anaerobic exercises. Instead of jogging for hours, you should do High Intensity Interval Training. This is doing a moderate jog for a min consequently sprinting for 15-30 seconds then go and do that moderate walk briskly then sprinting. You will do this back and forth for 15 mins or more. Depending on your physical abilities. i would right to be heard go up 5 mins every two-three weeks. Doing total body workouts three times a week, and then your runs on the off days, later like Saturday or choose 1 day you run foor endurance approaching a couple miles. Your workouts when lifting weights SHOULD NOT BE LONGER THEN 1 HOUR. You better be done in an hour. NO long breaks and you should do 2 sets only for each exercise up to 10 reps and on that 10 rep, you better cant do no more or you own to go up in weight. Focus on using your free weights and not machines. Make sure your stretching when you stir and before you go to bed. A full 10 min stretch. Well, I suggest have smaller meals, but munch through regularly. Exercise at least 60 minutes a day. Drink plenty of water, and if you don't similar to water, try healthy juice? It worked for me.
