How can i loose 10 kilos within 9 months withour exercising?

i weight around 62 kilos
i am around 5'1
i want to loose 10 killos by november
so i have around 9 months to loose 10 kilos..
how can i achive that?
i have beyond doubt no time to exercise..
so how can i achive that withour exercising?
what kind of diet should i go on?

Answers:    Here are a few tips;

WHEN to eat for losing weight...

o Eat (at least) three times a time.
Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism get slower than it already is! That's the main reason. Sounds funny, but to lose weight... you must drink (the right things, of course)
o Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas.
o Your last meal should be before 18:00. Try.
OK, one apple after 18:00
o Don't starve
Starvation is not appropriate for losing weight, nor your health.
Starvation is the worse thing you can do contained by a weight loss diet.
o Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast--eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol level, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer.

WHAT to drink for losing weight...

o Drink 6-8 eyeglasses of water every day !
Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling. I freshly love mineral sparkling water!
This improves your bowel, reduces the "hunger" sensation, and hydrates your skin. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks!
Don't believe the slogan "wet makes me fat". Beside being stupid... you might get into serious troubles near your kidneys.
o Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squeezed!
Don't drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc. during the diet. Even lite or light version.


Exercise for losing weight...

o If you want quicker results - exercise would be good.
o Don't just sit within front of the TV and eat peanuts...
I guarantee THIS won't work for your weight loss...
o Start a regular exercise program and stick with it. Don't be afraid of those sweat suits and Lycra pant!
o Start swimming. Swimming is an excellent exercise to get involved with, since it increases blood flow and uses muscles we don't regularly use. Start a swimming program and try to do it 3 times a week. You will feel excellent and rejuvenated.
o Choose an exercise program that you wallow in, and don't shun the unconventional. For instance, did you know that regular vigorous dancing is exercise too?
o Also Cardiovascular exercises such as running, jog, or aerobics will help you lose that unwanted belly fat. Weight training can also help you lose body obese because the more muscle mass you have, the more ability your system has to burn body curvy.

First off.. you need to munch through 6X a day.. 3 is not enough... very small meal, but you have to do this to keep your metabolism up.
Secondly, you're going to lose muscle along with your portly the whole way, so you won't look as health.
My suggestion is to acquire off your *** and put some work in. When you make any function why you can't, you're simply making excuses. I know a single Dad with 4 kids and he works out daily. You have to receive time.. not excuses.

try to divide you stomach into 3 parts..
one member for food
one part for water
the last chunk for air (empty)
