As for diets, slimming world is very perfect you can eat most things you want to in way that stop you putting immensity on, and your dont have to starve yourself!! you have green days which = pasta days and red days which = meat days which means on a pasta year you can have as much pasta as your want to but if you want meat in your pasta or sauce you use your points for the meat and the sauce, any points you have gone at the end of the day you add up, and you can use them on any other daytime!! you can also save up your points so you can go out for a meal and own a few alcoholic drinks with the meal, its only something like lb30 to join, me my nan and my grandad joined it, i lost 2 stone within 3 months and my nan have lost about 3 stone int he last 3 months so it does work for sure!!

The best way to lose weight is to control your appetite and the best way to do that that I know of is next to hoodia. When I was dieting (and believe me I still watch my weight even though I own achieved my weight loss goals for the most part) I realize right off that the most important thing is to control your appetite. If your stomach's not other growling and your not always craving food it is sooo much easier to stick to your guns and stay on your diet. With hoodia I would literally go a whole sunshine sometimes and simply forget to eat and I didn't get tired and run down like diets can sometimes spawn you feel. Once my appetite was under control and I wasn't other thinking about eating then and just then could the weight start coming off consistently and steadily because the hoodia kept my mind past its sell-by date of food and I would go longer on my diet and as I did that naturally I lost weight. NO DIET! Just exercise for 30mins a day, 10 mins at a time, and eat healthily and balanced. Lots of fruit, veg and fish and smaller number fattening sugary junk.
