How can I increase my growing rate at 15?
My younger sister is almost taller than me and I am not very tall (around 160-170cm or something / 5ft4?). There's nothing wrong beside me but I go to bed late and eat customarily. I want to know why I'm not growing much. Any ideas or recommendations?
