How can I increase my Bicep and Chest size?
Okay.. I'm a 9th grader, 5'10", (skinny-with some belly fat :P) 125 pounds, and I'm 15.. Well the thing is, is that my friends can bench press over like 110 pounds beside ease..(and they weigh the same weight around me) and I can scarcely lift 60 pounds.. and I noticed they had a own chest when we were changing for gym(not in the gay means of access folks :P ) And I've heard that you need a big strong chest to lift up some big stuff on the bench press :P
So is there a way for me to get my chest big and strong?
And immediately my other problem is getting my biceps big... I can only lift about 15-20 pounds doing curl-ups(dumbbells) on both arms... While my friends can do over close to 30-40 pounds on both...
Can I please get help?
PLEASE NOTICE: My wrist are extremely skinny for some reason and my friends are adjectives big..normal if you would call it and they're not fat.. is in attendance a way I can get my wrists big? it's like pure bones :P And I reason this might be a problem for bench pressing.
Is there a time routine I should be lifting weights every week? Can you please tell me? for bench press and dumbbells (curl ups) to get me strong.
I solely have a dumbbell(friend is using it) and a bench press.

Just preserve slowly increasing the weight of your bench pressing. This will in time strengthen your chest and bicep muscles and eventually you'll be liufitng as much as your friends.
