Let Say That I Was Going To Puch Something, Like A Punching Bad, But I Want To Move Faster. How Would I Be Able To Increase Speed To Land Blows Faster??
Answers:    That's an interesting thing to ask as I to would like to increase my arm speed because i am a swimmer.
I had spoke to my swimming coach give or take a few this and he said "I'm afraid some people have naturally hurried arms and some don't". I have tried to find a way to increase my arm speed but haven't been successful so far. Sorry to disappoint but at hand may be no way.
However if i find something i will post it.
