Do you suppose its okay to move up to 90 mins of exercise ?
oh im 19 male 238 lbs. 6 feet tall. im consuming 2000 calories a sunshine. Should i aim for a bit less like 1800 or is that okay?
Answers: its personal preference. coming from a body builder close to myself you will have to try the work out and see if your body is physically inclined to perform at that level
i would focus on different areas:
1) diet microbiotic or macrobiotic
2) rising range of motion: yoga or tai chi 3 days a week
3) weight training: 3 days a week
4) cardo: tae-bo / stationary bike / swimming / walking / wall climbing / skate boarding / ice skating / ( come and go your program so you enjoy the exercise portion and do a lighter work out like a walk on days you merely feel down or drained for some reason) your energy levels summit and fall due to your bodies needs to rest and repair it's self. so listen to your body if it needs more sleep, more food, more wet,...

dude that's low amount do u lift? u should add weight lifting 3x a weekyear 1 chest tris bis
day 2 legs calves abs
day 3 back traps shoulders
rest between and do ur cardio on the days inbetween and even street lamp cardio on those lifting days
and for ur cals...i eat 1800cals a day and i lose weight..im 15 140lbs just about maybe cuz i have afaster metabalism idk..but it seems low
