Answers: While some of it is good, I think that's too much carbs and NO BACON! That is SO fattening. I would suggest finding a copy of the P90X nutrition diet. It has be the best for me.
If you are a "thicker" female, this diet will make you feel close to you are starving. Even if you are a smaller individual, IF you can stick with this diet religiously for a while, you will loose weight, but probably not gain much lean muscle. It is a outstandingly low calorie diet, even with the bacon, so if you do it only for a couple weeks and go vertebrae to normal food, you will gain it back quickly. This is because your body will touch that it is deprived all of a sudden, and will try to retain calories once they are reintroduced. I usually suggest almost completely cutting out pointless foods like sugar, fatty desserts, sodas, and excessive alcohol, for at most minuscule a month to gain discipline. After this works, and it will, then try making healthy choices like switching to unharmed grains, cutting sat fat/replacing near healthy fats, increasing lean protein and veggies. Easing into diets are the best way to ensure self-adherence (that you will stick to it), as economically as give your body's metabolism time to actually adjust to the changes, to some extent than just "starving" your body. It's a bit slower process, but it works, you will be in less agony, and the cargo will stay off.
